During the Covid times, I have been researching my cars online. First and foremost I found the website to be very informative to allow me to make a good choice of what I wanted for my needs and my budget. I was also able to apply for financing online before I set foot in the door. So I contacted the Excalibur Auto Group and had the joy of working with Lynn and Jerad. Lynn helped educate me about the Nissan Rogue I was interested in and Jerad put in a lot of effort to get me a good interest rate on New Years Day He succeeded and the effort the two of these people put into my experience and the information online made this all a seamless experience. We did talk about other cars on the lot that I may be interested in. After talking with me and listening to why I was looking for a car and learning a bit about me, they did not make the choice to buy for me. These two allowed to me think within my own value set to make the best choice for me and my family. These are not skills that can be taught. They are gifts that wonderful people and workers have, that set them apart from others. I also observed some of these skills in other workers on the premises. Most important for those of us with lives. I was there for less than an hour with a quality test drive to owning a car. Thank you Excalibur!!!!!

They were very helpful at Excalibur and nice. The only thing was the sales guy I worked with was kind of being standoffish, he wasn’t rude but definitely wasn’t being friendly either very neutral and didn’t seem to enjoy the job he was doing.

We just bought a 2013 chevy suburban from these wonderful people a couple days ago and I am still in awe with the service provided. I have always had a bad taste in my mouth about dealerships, and these people have changed my mind. When its time for another vehicle we will deffinitly be traveling back to them. They answered any questions we had about the vehicle, and showed paperwork to back it up. They were friendly, not pushy, very patient, helpful, got us into the vehicle we wanted, and were able to get us an amazing interest rate. We had the pleasure of working with Scott, eric, and Joe. Thank you guys so very much. We will be recommending this dealership to family and friends, and we will be back:):)
