Tell the Truth

We test drove a VW Suv. The AC did not work. Store Manager tried to pass responsibility to the VW Dealership. Said they had timing belt replaced and the VW mechanic failed to recharge the AC. Refused to guarantee the AC for year if we purchased the car. What part of this story would you believe. I challenged the story an the manager walked away in a huff. Caught in a lie??

So much for a good deal

When buying a car here the process started out great. Our salesman was friendly, and worked with us. We even hit a few snags and they helped us figure it out. After we left though the air conditioner immediately stopped working, and the automatic back window shade wouldn’t go down. I immediately called our salesman and told him, “he said not a problem we will make it right!” I guess their idea of “right” is making you wait a month to come in, and only fix one of the issues,I’ll also add it’s the beginning of summer and the car has black leather interior, so my toddler daughter and I couldn’t drive anywhere in it for a month because it was WAY too hot. We are trying to get it in, but we can get a hold of the service department, it would go straight to voicemail, so we left several messages. Finally we get it scheduled a month out, get the car in, and then same issue cannot get through it goes straight to VM. We don’t live in the tri cities area either, so we had to bring the car up drop it off, and then come get it when finished, so we payed for 4 cars gas for this whole thing. Get the car and they fix the AC, but not the shade they never promised that according to them so they did not touch it. I guess pick our battles, the more important problem was solved. Oh, and when calling to get ahold of the service department another department answered, my husband told him who we were trying to get ahold of, and the man replied, “yea, and what do you want me to do about it I can’t fix their phones.” We completely got that but thanks for passing a message along you can’t tell me no one there has a company cell phone! sooooooo, long story short worst car experience I’ve had, and will not be going back.

Used cars

My daughter needed a reliable car, hers just broke down after many other brake downs. Went to Excalibur test drove some cars picked out a 2011 rogue. They came back said we couldn't have the 20011 how about a 2016!!!! Thank you for my piece of mind back!!!!

3rd car bought and screwed over

I thought they were a good company and went to them for our 3rd car. They needed to get us to a certain price point to finance us, but instead of pointing this out and pushing us to the new low mileage cars we were looking at, they charged us almost $4k in extras and then rushed through the signing so we didn't see the new total purchase price. Now we are stuck underwater with a used car. Never again will I return!!!

Excalibur

Been looking for a car An had no luck. Heard of Excalibur from a friend was able to get a car that day An was driving it the next day. Real easy to work with. I want to thank Carlos for making the time being a good experience for me.

Buyer

Worked with Kelly who was very nice and even acknowledged my rambunctious 5yr old boy. He was very friendly to me and my family. Buying process was pretty painless and I'm not really a fan of car dealerships! I pointed some things out to Kelly about car that needed addressed and they were. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Excalibur at this point.

They Lied.

The vehicle I just purchased from Excalibur Auto Group Inc. Just cost almost $1884.00 in repairs. A car their Salesman, Joe Morales, promised went through an extensive maintenance check prior to putting on their lot for sale. A vehicle I got a copy of their maintenance report on prior to purchasing just to be sure what he was telling me was correct, and it showed no issues. Everything checked off as in good condition. I haven't even made the first payment, I'm still driving around with the temporary tags. And my car has been in the shop 3 times already. If anyone is looking for a new/used car DO NOT GO TO EXCALIBUR. I am still waiting on the paperwork showing they kept with their end of the deal and written in my contract. 4 new tires, and oil changes for life. I have yet to receive any paperwork showing they replaced my tires or even did the oil change, even though my car sat in their service shop for 2 days waiting to get these things done. 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting for paperwork.

Carlos the salesman was a good hustler and got me into the car I was looking for in about 2 hours max. Super quick buy.

No games, all honesty

I had the best car buying experience at this dealership! My uncle has bought several cars from here and suggested that I check it out because of how honest they were with him. I experienced all the good things my uncle told me when I went to see the place for myself. After test driving a few cars and then taking a minute to decide which one I wanted, the rest of the process was efficient and painless. There were no games, no sleazy car salesman trying to get me to pay more than what the car is worth. Honestly, the most frustrating part of the whole process was deciding which car was the one for me. I highly recommend this place!
