Everything was simple easy and I drove off right then and there for a reasonable price. I love my ford fusion although it doesn't have microsoft sync like its supposed to. I think I can live with out it for a bit.other than that im a satisfied first buyer!.

No ethics, total frauds
The check engine and ABS lights came on just after signing the paper work - before I even left the lot with my 'new' car. The staff and owner assured me they would fix all the safety problems, but weeks later they are clearly empty promises. Now I'm left with major repair costs to a car they assured me was in "great condition, with no problems". Within 24 hours the windows, speedometer, odometer, ABS, and traction control all failed. I would have been better off keeping the car I had! While a used car is sold 'as is' - I don't want to be lied to and have problems concealed by a business with no ethics or customer service.

Slow to none e-mail response.
I had to e-mail this dealership three times before I got a response. I made a offer of $3,000.00 cash down, no trade in and inquired about bottom line price they would offer on a Sonata. They e-mailed back that it was a four cylinder and ignored any mention of of dealing on the car. I didn't buy the car. I have no experience with salesman at the dealership just online.

Not Happy
I emailed them over a week ago for a price/quote on a truck. I have cash in hand and never heard from anyone. taking my business elsewhere

OUTSTANDING PURCHASE AGAIN!!
Just bought my second car from Excalibur. Just like the first time they the salesman Mike and the owner Eric went out of their way to get me the Acura I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. The shocking part was Dan the finance manager quoted me a 3.99% rate but when I went in to buy my Acura Eric came out and thanked me for returning for another car he said he had called the bank and got me 1.99% WOW that is how you take care of your customers!! I cant say enough nice things about Excalibur I have and will continue to tell everyone to get their next car from them. Again thank you for OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!

Love the car/not the loan process
I just bought a 2008 Pontiac Torrent on 1-12-13 from Excalibur. As I wrote to them, I love the car, but not the loan process/customer service. Jason, was great at customer service as far as not being pushy to sell the car and was very polite. Dan in the finance department was also nice and had a good sense of humor. I also met Eric, the owner. He seemed upfront about his business and we talked about the poor reputation I had heard about them at work. He said that you can't make everyone happy. I totally agreed. The loan process is what I did not like. I told Jason and Dan several time that I was financing with GESA. Jason filled out a credit application and told my husband and I that they needed the information. Wrong! He gave the application to Dan in finance who stated they deal directly with GESA. He processed a loan and charged us $150.00. Not very ethical in my book. I am hoping to get this back. I gave a "good" rating to customer service, because Jason was GOOD at selling this car. As I told Eric in my letter, I hope your company can be more honest with customers in the future. I would recommend them to a friend, but with a warning about the loan process.

salesmen was great to work with!! He was very cooperative and was very knowledgeable. Excalibur has great cars--we were very happy with our first for sure.
