Great dealer experience

Excalibur was able to reach my need. After looking at multiple dealerships, I was able to find a car that I wanted when I walked in, for less than my initial price range with better monthly payment than expected.

Great experience

I liked going car hunting. The sales people here where great and the financing is also great! I will be getting 2.69% on my finance for 72 months what more can I really ask for. Now I have my Excalibur and will enjoy. Thank you for your hard work in convincing me, just kidding pricing was awesome, couldn resist.

2nd PURCHASE FROM EXCALIBUR OUTSTANDING!!

I just bought my second car from Excalibur. Same as last time the customer service just gets better each time. I bought a car for my son. When we arived The owner was walking through the showroom and stoped and talked to us he remembered me from almost a year ago. He gave us a great deal on a car for my son and while i was doing the paperwork he filled up the tank with gas because I had mentioned it was low and my son was going straight to work from here. This dealership is outstanding in everyway. I recommend them to everyone.

Hassle Auto Group

a good deal and the salesman even drove the pickup to me and dropped it off. However, my paper work got messed up, they signed me up for a loan I didn't need or want (which I am still dealining with), they didn't send my license plates until the last day of my temporary license. Initially they were great to deal with but once there were problems all of a sudden I couldn't get anyone to call me back.

Worst sales person I've ever encountered.

We told the sales guy (Jason) we could pay cash for the right car. Then he wouldn't give us a price on a car we were interested in. Just that he could make it fit our budget. We finally walked. I'd told him I'd let him know if still looking later. Bought from another dealership so I called to let him know we were no longer looking. Left him a voice mail. He called back leaving a voice mail thanking us for "wasting his time driving ever car on the lot" (3) and droned on about making a living selling cars and repeated that we had "wasted HIS time". A totally unnecessary response showing childish desparation. I'll never go to this dealership again due to their sales process and this attitude.

great dealership

I purchased my 2010 ford mustang from them. They were awsome they got me a better rate than the first dealer I went to. The way they treated us was outstanding. I had a clasp on the storage door break about two weeks after I bought it called their shop and talked with Rob he ordered the part and put it in when I went to pay they said it's on us great customer service!!!
