Extremely Professional ... Great Experience

Dustin did a terrific job. I called inquiring about the vehicle late morning and was driving away, with great financing in place before dinner. Fair price. Eager to satisfy any questions or concerns. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a quality used vehicle.

Thomas C. was very professional, friendly, and has excellent communication skills. He listened actively to what my needs were, answered any concerns. He was very positive, and supportive during the whole car purchasing process. He was able to work with my schedule, and on his day off, we met at the car lot, and finalized the whole process. Great customer service and experience

We enjoyed our experience very much. We test drove cars until we found the right one. Michael A. was very helpful, not pushy, and helped my dad find the right car for me. The whole process was seamless and hassle free. We recommend coming here.

Great Experience!! Ask for Austin in Sales

We have been looking for a family vehicle for about a year. We have dealt with so many pushy salespeople, rude, unwanted phone calls from dealers etc. We pulled up to Excalibur and were met by the salesman Austin Snyder. He was patient, helpful, answered all our questions honestly and spent quality time with us during the entire process. He was in no way pushy, and helped us out from the side of a fellow parent looking at what would be best for our family etc. We felt like we got a phenomenal deal--he worked with us to get what we wanted as a payment. I know everyone's situation is unique, but he worked specifically with us, and LISTENED to us, not just pushing something off on us. Highly recommend!! Go to Excalibur and ask for Austin!!

Poor service and not honest

Look for a car for granddaughter and it was late at night told put on hold and will be next day, then i called to confirm that we are atill interested and he said it will wairing for us then i called again that we are coming he said the car that we put on hold was sold out

Great service, very knowledgeable

The ease of buying and very easy, quickest service we ever had.Our Our salesmen Joe Morales very kind and understanding and informative, Thomas the financial officer was very kind and understanding of our situation. Also met Eric the owner and he gave us a great deal. Overall it was the best car buying experience we ever had.
