We have been looking for a family vehicle for about a year. We have dealt with so many pushy salespeople, rude, unwanted phone calls from dealers etc. We pulled up to Excalibur and were met by the salesman Austin Snyder. He was patient, helpful, answered all our questions honestly and spent quality time with us during the entire process. He was in no way pushy, and helped us out from the side of a fellow parent looking at what would be best for our family etc. We felt like we got a phenomenal deal--he worked with us to get what we wanted as a payment. Look for a car for granddaughter and it was late at night told put on hold and will be next day, then i called to confirm that we are atill interested and he said it will wairing for us then i called again that we are coming he said the car that we put on hold was sold out
