Great Place

I went and they had just what I wanted. My SUV is what I have wanted for years and they had it. I have been dealing with this company for years and my parents did too.

I do not recommend buying from this company. Ease do your research and thoroughly inspect the vehicle you are looking to purchase. Shady business done here. Spoke with the Manager Alex and the customer Manager Ruth Aguilar for about my issues. Alex purposely hid defects of a vehicle from me that I didn't see until after the fact. Their argument was that the vehicle passed inspection so they done nothing wrong.I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle if I had known about them rather it passed inspection or not and then when brought up to Ruth Aguilar, she tells me that a used vehicle is not going to be in Mint shape. Totally ignoring the fact that I never even had a chance to make that decision at the time of negotiation.

Horrible Business Practices

Love my vehicle but beware when buying from this dealership. The Finance guy Shant Yousif is sneaky and will lie to you. He told me that the bank required me to have an extended warranty when obviously that's not true. Also do respect on the vehicle, they sold me a truck that I had to get work done as soon as I got home. None of the faculty responds to any emails. Poor business practices.

First, my experience with Alex the manager has been pleasant. However, I have lost faith in honest and correct work at Koons dealership. I purchased my truck June 26th, a Ram 1500. I have had my truck for less than a week for the month I have "owned" the truck. When test driving, I noticed the backup camera wasn't working and an alarm would show on the dash saying a break light was out. As part of the You Owe and We owe I included that they would fix the backup camera along with the light. They claimed to fix the light that day and scratched it off the We owe list. They said the part was on order and they would call me when it came in. Couple days later I got a call asking me to drop the truck off. Dropped it off and after week I called to inquire about the status. Still waiting on parts they said after they told me they had them. Another week goes by and I can pick it up. Pick up my truck and on the way home immediately the truck started saying the parking light was out. At this time I noticed the backup camera was not correct and certainly not OEM. Called and spoke to Alex who said no worries bring it back and we will fix it. Couple days go by and they got it fixed. Called me up to let me know they even had a driver bring it to me at work (because they had someone interested in the loaner they gave me and I wasn't able to drop it off for a couple days). The driver dropping the truck off said the backup camera was aftermarket and not what came with it and gave him difficulty because it wasn't right. I had a quick break between interviews at work and took a drive. The backup camera went black and wouldn't work. Called Alex who was nice enough to have the driver turn around and get the truck back for them to fix. Alex keeps saying they source out the work and they only install aftermarket because OEM isn't available. Well right on Mopar.com website is the OEM backup camera kit number 82214240AC. I just want the service done correctly and with the right parts. Alex is saying they can't provide that service. In my opinion the you owe and we owe should be void and I'm allowed out since it's not being repaired correctly. Instead of spending 3000 on an extended warranty I should have just bought the camera myself and saved 2500 dollars. Just fix the truck correctly is all I want. While Alex has been pleasant, I no longer have any confidence in Koons dealerships. I live an hour and a half away and taking this much time back and forth for an issue to not be fixed correctly is poor taste

Ford f150

Great place, friendly staff, quality service. Go see Ramtin. He was very helpful with everything. He went out of his way to send my detailed videos of the truck which not many people do. In my opinion, quality customer service sales cars and ramtin has that.

No Response from Dealership

We were sold an extended warranty. Once We got home and reviewed everything we realized we were not comfortable with it sent an email requesting cancellation as is allowed without penalty within the first 30 days and they have not answered my calls, emails, or voicemails. I have been trying to get a hold of anyone at Koons and had NO RESPONSE. I feel scammed.

extremely pushy

I was simply researching a car... and went elsewhere. Got repeated phone calls about a car even after stating I had purchased elsewhere. Zero stars. Stay away

Friendly dealership, great value on vehicle

Easy to deal with with decent up front pricing; vehicle was $1700 less than the next one of the same model/year/mileage in the region. The salesman was very hands off and let me take my time.
