I'd been shopping for a used car all weekend. Putting up with the typical crap at every dealer. I had just about given up when I arrived at Koons Outlet in Falls Church, let me tell you what a amazing experience I had. From the very knowledgeable sales person Nate, to the manager Mike, I have never been involved with a car buying experience that was completely pain free. I purchased a Certified Ford Fusion and could not be happier. They kept me informed with what was going on from start to finish. 100% transparent, I left there with every question answered and every promise fulfilled. Called this place to negotiate an internet price, salesperson said that they would not be willing to negotiate since they were not going to make any money on it. 2012 Rav4 24kmiles $19k Sport model. Offered $18500 out the door told me it was $21000 out the door. Now I'm not here trying to rip any one off, but seriously what type of dealership is this that actually says no to negotiating. Might as well be Carmax. Plus the sales guy sounded like he was just trying to make money, trying to get me to finance, yeah nice try buddy. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone trying to save money, go here if you don't want your dollar to go far.
