Everyone at the dealership took the time to greet me. The atmosphere was welcoming and there was no pressure to buy whatsoever. Tyler Carpenter was the salesperson that I was lucky enough to work with. He was knowledgeable and friendly and I had the best experience. Jordan Keeny was very personable as well.

They replaced my engine due to A recall issue. The experience was completely hassle free. I was provided a rental car and everything went as smooth as possible. I picked up my vehicle and it is good as new. I appreciate the great service they provided and will be turning to Keith Hawthorns for my next car purchase.

Deceitful and shady business!
I purchased a vehicle from them a little over 2 weeks ago. A few days after I bought it I got stranded with 2 flat tires. ( Christmas Eve!) then about a week or so later the service engine light came on and it is a major issue with the cooling system. I called them and they refuse to help. I bought it so it’s my responsibility! 2 weeks!!!! I believe they knew the issue and deliberately sold it to me. I’m double the price upside down so trading it isn’t an option. Do not trust these crooks! Oh and before they get on here and say to call so they can help: I’ve talked to everyone up there and they all say the same thing …it’s my problem now!

my reviews keep being deleted but its ok I will continue to speak out to help even one person to not make the same mistake that I did. I purchased a car from them and in less than 2 weeks the cars service engine light came on.I had it checked and its a major issue with the engine cooling system! I have only had the car 2 weeks!!!! I called Keith Hawthorne and the most they will do is look at it and make a call to the jeep warranty dept to see if its covered! How did it pass their inspection process?I believe they knew about the issue and covered it up to make a sale! do not trust a word that they say! they answer the reviews with some crap about call and talk to someone and we will resolve it ....actually they will at my expense!

Felt Very Comforable Shopping
