Amazing service

If you are looking for great service honest sales reps and a car with in your budget. Than you need to shop Keith Hawthorne Hyundai of Gastonia. Ask for Met Oloo he was amazing, he made the process easy. There was no none sense, no bs. Straight forward, great to work with. Loved my experience! I left with the exact vehicle I wanted. Met Oloo made buying process was easy hassle free. Thank you so much!!

LIVING 5 HRS AWAY, WE WERE ABLE TO DO MOST EVERYTHING ON THE PHONE. THEY HONOR THE PRICE THAT WAS ON LINE MOST DEALERS DONT. NICE PEOPLE . ALOT OF PAPER TO SIGN BUT THATS WITH ALL CAR BUYING.

New Car

Had great interaction with my Salesman Jerome and really enjoyed the fact that he was patience while I test drove many vehicles to see which was the right fit for me.

The experience was OK but not great. I didn't like that...

The experience was OK but not great. I didn't like that we were told they had 2 keys, then later said there was only one. That will end up costing us $250 or more to get a new key at another dealership. Also they forgot to transfer our tag to the new car and asked us to drive 100 mile (round trip) to pick it up. I asked them to send it overnight, but they refused. I will say our salesperson stepped up and met us some where so our drive was cut in half. I complained, and was contacted about the key and promised a call but I haven't heard back in 2 weeks so I'm not looking for a call or resolution. Similar to other reviews I read. The car seems OK but I feel customer service could use some work.

A little disappointed

I purchased a used 2016 Santa Fe SE and I think I got a very fair deal and appreciated this dealership working with me. Diahann was so great to work with as she brought the car to Charlotte for me to test drive from Gastonia. It was a choice between 3 cars and I chose this one. However, I was disappointed in the fact the car was delivered to me lacking any floor mats or a spare key. The last thing you want to do is dirty up a clean used car that has no mats. I did not expect the expensive original mats or custom laser mats, just something cheap from Walmart to keep the car clean. Had I known this would be an issue, I could have ordered some. The second thing is there was no spare key. The dealerships response (Diahann was most apologetic) was "that is the way we received the car". Again, I don't need another fob just a spare key in case of emergency or at least give me the opportunity to purchase one from you separately from the car deal. To me these are basic items that should have been provided but I was wrong. So if you are looking at used cars, you better be prepared to ASK THESE QUESTIONS!!
