Poor customer service.
Poor customer service. Had appointment on a Wednesday, checked in and was promised that the vehicle would be done by end of the week. Wasn't ready till the following Tuesday and then only repaired half of what I had it in for.

Wouldn’t answer the service phone.
Wouldn’t answer the service phone. Would answer messages sent. Had appointment for 9 am but didn’t pick vehicle up till 10:30. Tried to sell me two air filters when they were supposed to to fixed a tire that had a mail in it. Never call to to me truck was done. Was supposed to bring truck back before 2 pm but didn’t deliver it till 2:50 pm

We were not pleased and felt we were treated unfair
We were not pleased and felt we were treated unfair considering we had just purchased the van in July 2024 even though it was used. If the battery had been checked properly we would not have had to replace the battery after having the van for less than 5 months. Of course none of this was covered under the warranty we purchased. We are not happy about the situation at all.
