We were told by the salesman who sold us the car that we
We were told by the salesman who sold us the car that we should pay extra for wheel and tire warranty. They explained that it would cover new tires and fresh paint for our black rims whenever needed. We took our car in to claim this and get new tires and fresh black paint. But, we were told that we only got new paint and that the tires aren’t covered. Which means we wasted a lot of money for the warranty.

So I called the day before my oil change,to check if it was first come first serve and the person on the phone said yes we open at 8:00 am.well they changed that,so I didn't get done until 11:45. Why did I get lied to.

We apologize for the confusion and frustration caused. We offer appointments and walk-in's to better accommodate schedules. If appointments are set, then those will come before walk-in's. However, walk-in's are taken on a first come first serve basis throughout the day. We certainly did not intend to mislead you. Your time is valuable, and we regret that your visit did not meet the expectations you had.
