Advisor stated that the wait was too long to get Allstate

Advisor stated that the wait was too long to get Allstate on the phone to verify my tire protection package. They just wanted me to pay up front instead and they would reimburse me if/when they get the approval. I have never had this issue at Grissom! Ridiculous, plus a 2 hour wait for a tire patch.

I dread car work.

I dread car work. The last three times have been great, however, at Button. Prompt and convenience, considering car troubles are quite inconvenient.
