I am disappointed and won't be back, because we waited forever for the car, it was filthy with bad brakes, and salesman won't return my texts regarding my concern about the car. I also paid a ton extra and have an app I have no idea how to access.

The ladies that check you in & out are friendly & knowledgeable. They always have a Porter to take you home, work or wherever you might need a ride too. I bought my 1st Dodge when I moved to Kokomo in 2016 I would recommend to anyone ♥️

I think Mrs. Shannon is a great service advisor. My issue, I moved to Indiana in July 2024 and as of September I’ve spent over $3,000.00 on maintenance and I find that to be unacceptable. It shouldn’t cost over $600 to change my oil and fuel filter, I can do it in my driveway in less then 120 minutes. It takes you guys all day sometimes? So glad my warranty is finally up, as it seems like Button nickles and dimes customers to keep coming back. As of now, I’ll be looking for an alternative mechanics to work on my Gladiator. It’s also SUPER annoying to keep sending any customer these surveys, one is plenty. Now since you’ve harassed me for a review for months, it’s not going to be the one you want.
