I had an appointment for a oil change - Shannon Got me

I had an appointment for a oil change - Shannon Got me in and out quickly and everything was great. When I work with Shannon I have confidence the job will be done right and efficiently. Shannon was not in the previous week, when I came in with an appointment for an oil change and after standing around for over 45 minutes I asked if I would be next in and was told NO. I asked for my keys and left. Why make an appointment if my time is not respected? Shannon Has never treated me like that.

Jada was great and very personable!

Jada was great and very personable! She helped resolve all my problems with getting XM radio set up after having to have a new radio installed. Service was also prompt.
