Buyers beware run from this dealership

All buyers beware they will come out and greet you and talk about Jesus family and faith and say we’re an honest dealership With clean cars doing the right thing This is far from the truth I found a truck on the lot was not given a Carfax was not told about existing damage on the truck kept the truck 12,000 miles went back to trade the truck after learning this from another dealer as repairs were being made Ask Perkins to make it right And trade me out of the truck into something comparable they gave me a $7000 hit in one year and said sorry this is the best we can do The truck before this I bought from them had a slipping transmission after only 10,000 miles of use then I traded back to them thinking they were honest and ended up trading for a truck that had extensive front end damage and two accidents and it was withheld Take it from me run for your life from this dealership I wanted so badly to believe these people were what they said but after every opportunity for them to make it right they have not we will see now if there’s legal recourse buyers beware

KYLE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

I must admit I never imagined purchasing a vehicle online but Kyle made the experience super easy. The car I fell in love with was delivered to my home (free of charge) EXACTLY as the website and the videos Kyle made and sent me. I have purchased many cars before but this was my first online experience and the very best BY FAR!

The Absolute Best

I had possibly the best experience you can have going to Perkins to buy a vehicle. The process was simple, the car was as Advertised, and everyone was friendly but the "X Factor" was Mr. Grant Gustafson. He went the extra mile from the moment I arrived until I drove off the lot in my new vehicle. Extremely genuine and you can tell he truly enjoys what he does. Thank you again !

Buying a new car

Mr. Grant was really great. I bought a truck during COVID -19 and the customer service was awesome. Had to take back for a repair and again, they were awesome. Thanks again Mr, Grant for a great experience.

Great Vehicle Shopping Experience

Worked with Randy Eason on the purchase of two vehicles for my kids. Although I never met Randy face to face or even stepped foot in the dealership, it was possibly the best buying experience of my life. They went over everything with me, disclosed everything on the vehicles and delivered the cars the next day.

Best vehicle buying experience to date!

I have purchased many vehicles over the years and was dreading having to sit in a dealership all day haggling back and forth. I ran across a vehicle on their site and they were very prompt to respond, buying this truck was the easiest EVER!. Idk if i will ever go into another dealership ever again...

Step son looked for a VW jetta specifically

Strong arm tactics!! While my step son is 21 and can make his own decisions, i feel that they took advantage of a person who is going through major health issues, coming off totaling his car on the way to stl. for treatment and couple that with just showing up at our door with a contract when he NEVER said ...Yes I want this.... I co-signed for him to get him a better interest rate, which I think should have been/ should have been better on a 2019, but since they drove a couple hours to illinois with the paper work set, he didn't want to change it im sure...AND they send a couple "delivery" drivers, not even the salesman showed up........ this is a long story! but to sum it up. ----showed up unannounced, with no knowledge, no salesman, paperwork set, to get a young adult ( who can make his own choices) who has been through alot the last few months to pressure sign paper work for a car he wants. ----- personally, i feel that it was VERY tacky what they did, I feel like they took advantage of him and the situation and feel like the salesman didn't give a crap in the least.... DO NOT SHOP HERE

Phil, I'm perplexed as to why you submitted this review. Your son filled out an online lead asking our sales team to contact him about this vehicle. Shortly there after, we received an online credit application that was completed by your son and yourself. After your son agreed to the terms of the loan we arranged complimentary delivery to your driveway. I think we would both agree that it wouldn't be wise of us to show up unannounced at anyone's doorstep in hopes that we could sell them a car on the spot.
