Strong arm tactics!! While my step son is 21 and can make his own decisions, i feel that they took advantage of a person who is going through major health issues, coming off totaling his car on the way to stl. for treatment and couple that with just showing up at our door with a contract when he NEVER said ...Yes I want this.... I co-signed for him to get him a better interest rate, which I think should have been/ should have been better on a 2019, but since they drove a couple hours to illinois with the paper work set, he didn't want to change it im sure...AND they send a couple "delivery" drivers, not even the salesman showed up........ this is a long story! but to sum it up. ----showed up unannounced, with no knowledge, no salesman, paperwork set, to get a young adult ( who can make his own choices) who has been through alot the last few months to pressure sign paper work for a car he wants. ----- personally, i feel that it was VERY tacky what they did, I feel like they took advantage of him and the situation and feel like the salesman didn't give a crap in the least.... DO NOT SHOP HERE

So...where to begin? I have six children. I’ve had my mini van since my fourth was born, it only seats 7, too small for a family of eight. My husband and I have been looking for a bigger car for awhile and we found Perkins. Enter covid pandemic: everything was done via email, texts, and phone calls. They delivered my car 250 miles to me. Honestly, easiest experience I’ve ever had! Friendly staff, knowledgeable, took care of every issue without being asked.

My husband worked with Brian Crowder twice now. He called Brian after he wrecked his truck and needed a new one, Brian remembered him immediately. My husband told him there was a truck there that was similar to the one he had wrecked. After a couple conversations it was delivered the same day! So i looked on their website and found THE Honda i wanted. It was time for me to pass our paid off car to my son. I literally planned on spending the next Saturday at Carmax. After talking to Brian on the phone, him making sure the prior owner wasnt a smoker, the car was delivered the next day!!! Best car experience ever, and Brian Crowder is awesome!

We have now bought 3 different vehicles from Brian Crowder at Perkins MotorPlex in Nashville. 2 of them he/we found at other Perkins locations online and he had them delivered to our house! I've bought and sold over 50 cars in my life and Brian is the BEST! And Perkins is the EASIEST to work with and the MOST COMPETITIVE!!

Got help from Logan the salesman. Didnt force anything on us. Was a huge help to us and got us the deal we needed to get the car. Will definitely be back

I haven't bought a car from a dealer in 10 years. Jacob the sales rep was great, and went above and beyond on what I expected. The car buying experience was very easy at Perkins. I would recommend you check this place out when buying a vehicle.

I found a Chevy truck I was interested in through Perkins Website. Stopped on a trip through Jackson and drove it. Andre Atkins helped me and is completely focused on customer service. I felt no pressure and even left that day without the vehicle. Called Andre a couple of days later and arranged the purchase over the phone and he had the truck delivered to me in Murfreesboro, TN! There have been a couple of small issues since my purchase and Andre and GM Austin Winn have been there to make everything right. Things sometimes happen with a used car purchase. It is how it is resolved that makes a dealership stand out. These guys are second to none and I highly recommend.

Huge thanks to Josh and the team at Perkins. Very friendly and professional, made this the easiest vehicle trade I have ever done. Just stopped by to look at a 2015 GMC truck and ended up bringing it home.

Just wanted to say a Big Thank You to Jacob at Jackson location for going that extra mile to get us the car we wanted. Also Natalie an Austin for making buying it so easy. We love our new Maxima.

I seen the Ram 1500 on Perkins website, called Eric in Paducah, he had it brought there from Murray for me! He worked hard to get me the best deal possible and made my trade-in a smooth process. Santa came early for me! Thanks to all @ Perkins for making this a satisfying experience!
