Horrible dealership

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Horrible customer service, junk vehicles, and a lot of lies. Traded a perfectly good mustang for a truck. The day I was driving the truck back home a check engine light came on and a lifter dropped. They wouldn’t answer my calls or texts until a few days later. Then lied and said they couldn’t do anything about it and wouldn’t let me trade back because they had already put a lot of money into fixing my car (oil change, new tires, new fluids) which was a lie because whoever bought my car the next week posted a review about the tires being wore. I also got in contact with the person writing that review and he told me the full story which is the fact they lied to me. I was lied to multiple times by Perkins. I had to fight with them for weeks over this whole situation and will never buy from this dealer ever again. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing buying experience - honest & reputable

I purchased a Range Rover Evoque from the TN dealership. I worked with Scott and Nathan who were amazing. I had the car shipped to Montana and they assisted me every step of the way. I was skeptical at first and nervous to purchase a car sight unseen. Scott took the time to video every part of the car and point out anything that might be a concern. When I received the car the battery was dead and they were supportive in helping me get it replaced. I would definitely purchase from them again and highly recommend this honest and reputable company.

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Experience.

I just bought a 2021 Blazer from Perkin’s Motorplex in Madison Tn. Grant Gustafson was my sales guy. He was very polite and helpful to all my needs. He went way beyond expectations to get me in my new ride. He was awesome to deal with in person & on the phone very professional and not pushy. It was a very pleasant experience. I give him a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Best truck buying experience ever!!!

My husband and I were blown away by this dealership!! Great customer service!! Grant worked with us over phone, text and in person. Just a great, great experience and have already recommended to friends and found friends that have actually been there as well. We will be back for any further car needs!

Junk cars and no support from dealer

My wife and I bought a 19' Honda odyssey with 73,000 miles on it from Perkins about 6 months ago and now it is in the shop for a new transmission. We only put 6,000 miles on the car before we started experiencing problems and when we took it to the Honda dealer to be looked at they said the transmission was shot (hard shifts and the fluid was burnt). Lucky for us we purchased the PMP total care warranty that is a "bumper to bumper" warranty. What a joke. The direct quote on their website is "With PMP Total Care, we pay for parts and labor, and you have no out-of-pocket costs and no deductible. You don't have to worry about waiting for reimbursements." Well the warranty did not cover everything and our out of pocket cost is over 500 dollars. Granted they paid a majority of the bill but you can not advertise that you will have no out of pocket cost when that is a bold face lie. And to top it off I called Perkins and explained what happened and asked about a loaner car, they said " well the warranty covers a portion of the rental." The work isn't set to be done another 3 weeks from now, we have a 2 year old and the van is our main source of transportation. To get a rental from now till date of service cost $1000. So here we are, down a car, out 500 dollars, and perkins can't help us at all. Don't ever buy here.

Great staff and dealership!

Jacob was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions about the vehicle before we were able to see it in person. We travelled from out of state and he made the process so easy. When we arrived at the dealership everyone was super nice and helpful. We would def purchase from them again!! It was a great experience!

Beware

If you buy a lifted truck from them the factory warranty is voided and they won't stand behind their lift even when is is due to faulty Installation.

Best experience at Perkins Auto Plex.

Just bought my 3rd vehicle from Perkins today. Once again an awesome experience. Perkins Auto Plex has the secret to buying cars. My person I spoke to today was Mr . Brian Crowder. Highly Recommend
