I worked with Matt and Johnathon and it was a perfect experience. They helped me on every step of the way and I found my dream truck. Their prices were better than fair value. I shopped around locally for financing and they were able to beat all other options. I am very pleased with this experience and recommend Perkins.

This is a painful review for me to give seeing that I’ve been a return customer of Perkins for several years. It takes one bad experience to ruin all the good. Bought a vehicle from Perkins on 10/8/22 and on 10/12/22 had to take it back to them because of check engine light and other fault lights. The vehicle sat for 2 weeks untouched . I never got a single call from anyone at Perkins to keep me up to date about anything. Found out today 11/1/22, on my own by the way, that the transmission is bad and has to be replaced at a Jeep dealership. My first payment is coming due on a vehicle I’ve had 4 days! By the looks of it I’ll be making a second payment before I’ll get it back. And the just not caring from them is the worst!! Their attitude is like “well it’s your problem now not ours”. I was literally told by them today “at least you’re keeping the miles off of it”. Really?? This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. They are glad to take your money but you’re on your own after they get it. I see now why they push the extended warranty so hard. They know you will need it. The true side of this dealership has come to the light for me. They have forever lost a good word and a customer.

I have had a good buying experience years ago w/Tim Perkins. Friends and family have had good past experiences. This dealership is not the same as it has been in years past for the buying experience or the cars they sell. Don’t be pressured into a quick buy. Have the vehicle checked by a mechanic and save yourself some money & anger over them now being a typical USED auction car lot at best. Buyers beware!

Scott Kingsbury was awesome to work with! I contacted scott around 9:00am and the truck was mine all except for signing the papers before lunch. Scott was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Terri Petitt handled my paperwork. It was great working with them. I have numerous friends who have had good experiences with the Perkins team. This was my first but definitely won’t be the last.
