From out of town and skeptical to buy from a used car lot. However, the best car buying experience we have ever had! Great communication! Car was exactly as promised when DELIVERED! Youtube video was made and sent for review. The vehicle only had 1 key fob and they made the contacts to have another made and delivered 45 minutes away. Highly recommend!

From day one I was please but it only got better! Coming from a person that will drive the same car forever because I hate the car purchase process and hassle..I am BEYOND satisfied with Perkins out of Paducah. They delivered the vehicle to me and also brought another for my daughter to text drive. Although initially not purchasing the car for my daughter we called back a couple days later stating she wanted it. No hesitation they brought it to her. The Tahoe we bought after only driving a couple time due to it being a second vehicle it started having fan issues. Upon calling Taylor he was more than willing to help. I took it to a dealership to see what issue was only to find out thermostat, battery and catalyst converter was bad…without skipping a beat Taylor was happy to help. I have NEVER had such amazing service! Will definitely be a returning customer! And my daughter loves her car also!

I purchased a SUV from Perkins Motor, Gerardo Bartolo is the salesman. After a few days, I found that the address in the paper work is incorrect. I tried to contact Gerardo to fix it. It is very very painful experience. The first time I called Gerardo, he told me that he was going to update the address, and asked me to send correct address to him. I emailed him, and also text him. But I never got any feedback from him. The second, I called Gerardo, he told me that he need to discuss with his manager to see how to deal with this issue, after that he will call me back. Still, I never received any feedback. The third time, I called, another one answered my call. She recorded my name, phone number and my issues, then told me that “will follow up”. The same thing, that I never got any feedback. Stay away from this dealer, if you do have to go there, do your best to avoid “Gerardo Bartolo”.
