I was offered easy going assistance, not "targeted for another sale" like I experienced at other dealerships. Great Salesman and Customer Service
Purchased a new Ford Edge with Martel Witherspoon today. It was a great experience. Martel was knowledgeable, patient and personable. Overall it was a great day and I love my new car. The dealership and everyone I came into contact with were helpful. Robert Vido in their Finance Department worked with me as well, to get the best deal. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Worked hard to meet my needs. Will definitely use them again, and recommend them. Inventory was underwhelming, due to current situation, but still had plenty of options.

disappointing experience
I ended up not buying a vehicle there. My situation is a tough one but it is offensive when they low ball the value of your vehicle so much. Also the prices that they advertise online is not totally true. Make sure you read the fine print that says you get that price only if you qualify for all the rebates....you wont qualify. Also they like to play keep the key to your car tactic. Your key should be returned to you promptly after they do the appraisal.....not kept behind a desk and the sales man asking you "but if...." We shouldn't have to ask for our key and we shouldn't have to ask for it more than 3 times. If you can't work with us, just say so. I thought dealerships were hurting and trying to make sales and work with customers???? I guess not when you low ball trades and post not totally true "sale" prices online.
