Overall, it was a great experience at this dealership. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and wanted to ensure my fiance and I were happy with the vehicle. We test drove the Edge a few times and even through price negotiations, all the staff was great! We had a small problem with one of the vehicles on a test drive, and everyone did everything they could to make sure the issue was resolved and we left with exactly what we wanted. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone! When the time comes to get another car, I'm sure we'll be going back to Parks Ford.

Amazing customer care and price

After many years of car purchases, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional level of warmth, kindness and patience the staff at Parks Fiat exhibited. Not only did we get the best price compared to other dealerships, but our sales person Sergio went above and beyond in helping my daughter with her first car purchase.We were also warmly greeted and assisted by the manager George, who went out of his way to help my daughter get the car of her dreams at a price she could afford. There was NO sales pressure, but rather guidance and advice and lots of patience. This was such an easy, no pressure car buying experience from a staff that was caring and compassionate. I highly recommend the dealership for their exceptional pricing and outstanding customer care!

Went into Parks Ford on Friday 14, 2014, with a letter...

Went into Parks Ford on Friday 14, 2014, with a letter from Parks Ford offering me $1750 or more on my 2012 Ford Edge. I wanted to know if this add was for a lease or purchase. I was never given info regarding purching a Ford Escape, just leasing one. A sales person brought an Escape around the drive for me to drive, which i did an liked the car. After several hoursI with the sales person and Frank Lacey I found myself in the financial office. I was handed several documents, never a brake down of the numbers on the contract and I found myself leasing a Ford Escape SE. On the following day I returned to Parks Ford and wanted an explanation as to where my Xplan figures were indicated on the contract, the financil officer pointed a a number an said "HERE" that all!! On that Monday 17th I returned with a friend agin asking to explain the figures on the contract. At that time I was informed that the equity Ford Edge was used toward the downpayment ( without my agreement or knowledge) and the zero down, did not include the Escape SE, this was the dealers reason for taking my equity toward the lease (again without giving me an option regarding how much I wanted to put down if any) and they would not indicate where the monies from my Xplan were. After I left Parks Ford I received a call offering me a service plan for three yrs of the lease if that would make me happy!!! NO I AM NOT HAPPY, no one has the right to just take my equity and use it there way with out giving you an option, also I should had been informed prior to signing that the Zero Down was only on the Escape base model!!! I feel that I was used and the dealer bated and swithed the offer made to me. I would not recomend Parks Ford

I know you decided to buy out your lease, and the payments were slighty higher than you wanted. Really was a great experience, no one pressured us. James,Marco, and Paul were great. There was never any hassle, pressure, etc., the stuff that generally comes with buying a car. I absolutely love my car. I really cant say enough good things. I dont like to be pressired amd James just let me browse, was knowledgable, and put me right in the car I wanted. Thanks Parks Ford.

Finally got my Red Car

I wanted to buy an SUV but not sure which make, only sure that the exterior color be RED and the interior be a darker color, in leather. Tried different dealers to find similar SUV's but found fault with the dealers, no one seem to have the color red with the dark interior I wanted. After searching different dealerships, I finally narrowed my search to 2. One dealer called me to come to their dealership and see a red vehicle. It didn't have the dark interior inside but was told they had located a red vehicle with dark interior from another dealer and that they would go and pick up the vehicle from the other dealer and I would have it within 2-3 days. I signed all the paperwork required and put a down payment for this vehicle. After 4 days of not hearing from the dealer, I called and found out that they never picked up the vehicle I had signed for because it was sold by the other dealership but that they were still trying to find a vehicle for me. I returned to the dealership and requested my money back. I then decided to return to Parks Ford and see if you had any Red vehicles. I met with Wayne Dubois who was patient with my demands for this red vehicle with dark interior. We came close to a price deal but I wanted to see the vehicle. He said he would try to locate the vehicle for me. It took a few days before Wayne got back to me and informed me that he had located a vehicle for me, at the price I had originally settled on and if I wanted to stop in to see it. When I stopped by I met with George Dybowski, nice man, because Wayne was busy with a customer. We couldn't settle on a price so I left I received an email from Wayne Dubois informing me that he had locateda vehicle with everything I wanted and was I still interested to come and see him. He showed me a red vehicle with dark interior but not the accessories I wanted but he would get the one I actually wanted so we came to a price settlement. I Signed all the paperwork and put a down payment. Wayne told me it would take 2-3 days to get the vehicle to the dealership. Was called by Shane on Saturday that my vehicle was in route. Was called again about 4 hours later to inform me that the vehicle arrived. I went back to the dealership to see Wayne but he was busy with a customer so again I met again with George Dybowski. George showed me the vehicle, which was being cleaned up since arrival. He explained everything to me regarding the vehicle and showed me how to use all the features the vehicle came with. I just want to commend both men; Wayne Dubois, for getting me the RED vehicle with Dark Interior and George Dybowski for being so very patient with me when it came time to explain all the features the vehicle has.

I just purchased a used vehicle from Ricky Pritzlaff. From the time I made my initial enquiry on the internet until I drove off the lot the next day in my new Mustang, I must say it was the best buying experience I've ever had. I've bought a lot of vehicles and I've always hated the process and I was dreading going again, but I really liked the Mustang I saw online and went to meet with Ricky. All I have to say about Ricky is, he's a very nice, professional guy, down to earth, no pressure at all, and made the whole experience a Great experience. He has restored my faith in Dealerships! Of all of the Ford dealerships within Tampa Bay Parks...

Of all of the Ford dealerships within Tampa Bay Parks Ford (Heritage) of Wesley Chapel has been the most hassle free from time of product selection to the financial close. The service department is the best I have dealt with always willing to work with me on service items. I have purchased my third vehicle from Parks and only spent two hours on completing paperwork. I have never dealt with a dealership where the process is as smooth as it is with Parks. It has always been a joy working with the staff and several of the staff I have known since buying my Ford Ranger 14 years ago. I could not recommend a better dealership.
