Issue with car starting, Brake Pedal going to the floor,

Issue with car starting, Brake Pedal going to the floor, very intermittent. Mobile service came to the house to perform requested repair, alleviated trip to the dealership. Service was completed with 30 minutes. I would definitely use Mobile in the future.

Had a dead battery called Destin and he sent his Mobil service to fix me up. They were on time and very professional. Can't go wrong with that kind of service.

The salesman we worked with-Mike-was awesome. He spent a long time with us and we got a great deal. The financial guy-Ryan -was also wonderful. Working through the financial aspect was quite painless. It is a great dealership. Thank you for all your help.

Service was prompt and Alexander was very nice and

Service was prompt and Alexander was very nice and explained everything. Was not explained to me at the time I made the appointment by phone the extra costs involved in programming the key fob. I knew the cost of the fob to be $350 and thought that price included everything. The total price of $650 was a lot more than what I bargained for. The total bill came to $750.

Love Parks Ford! I have been dealing with them for years and have never had a bad experience! Recently had my truck serviced, and had an excellent experience with Greg Bobcat! His patience and care were refreshing!

I had a mobile truck come to my residence for a full

I had a mobile truck come to my residence for a full service pull change. The technician was excellent and explained everything that was done. He did not try to sell me any additional services. He talked to me about a possuble recall. He was punctual and courteous. I would definitely use this service method again.

Best Ford dealership I dealt with. Not a fan of the back and forth sales tactics but at least your sales staff was able to figure that out and adapt. Really appreciate Garfield Sang!
