Never, never, never buy a used car from Damero.

Never, never, never buy a used car from Damero. Snuck in $6000 in warranties on a 6000 Escape! Had wiper issues, took it in to get fixed 3 times, still doesn't work.

They tried sneaking in a 4k price hike of car at closing.

They tried sneaking in a 4k price hike of car at closing. They did not ho or the sale price, which according to Oregon law, they have sell the car at that price. I have sent them a refistered letter, and waiting for their response. Any other Ford dealership is better than these guys. To to Ron Tonkin ford in Hillsboro. Those guys bent over backwards to make a deal go through for me several years ago. They are truly honest and caring. Damerow are liars and cheats

Sold a lousy car

Very disgusting and don’t go there as a female by yourself especially if you are a female and don’t know about Car when I went in the showed my daughter and I a Ford Fiesta I was waiting for some money from my Insurance Company to go get another Car I paid down some money on the Ford Fiesta when I did get the money from the Insurance Company and went back to get they claim something went wrong they sold the Car and put me in this filthy Toyota 4WD vehicle inside was dirty and filthy and I took it back to be cleaned about two times more and it’s still filthy I am not going back there because when I call and tell that the Cehicle is filthy and the two front tire hubs are rusty and gross and I bought two cars from these people already this make the 3 rd car I buy from them so I am contacting an Attorney to sue them for breaking the Agreement with me and my daughter after they took the down payment for the Fird Feusta

Very pleased with service

Today is May 23 2023 My car roof was leaking I was terrified What I like that appointment was made very quickly not like Hillsboro Fird always in 3 week’s waiting period I did not expected but my problem was fixed in 2 days and all water stains were nicely removed I wish to know how remove any upholstery stains ! Very happy so far with results and come back if something came up later ! Thanks!!!

Our 2017 Ford Expedition had a headlight out yesterday

Our 2017 Ford Expedition had a headlight out yesterday and we are leaving the state with our camper on Thursday. We live outside of Portland we took our vehicle into Damerow Ford in Beaverton, Dallas got us on the schedule for the afternoon Tuesday. They fixed it very fast, Jose the mechanic was super! Thanks for the great service!

Today we brought in our Explorer for a routine oil change

Today we brought in our Explorer for a routine oil change and transmission service. We were told the trani fluid was so filled with shavings and they refused to service it and it probably wouldn't make it out of the lot. Also, our car was functioning when we brought it in, but now. multiple malfunctions not related to the transmission kept us from driving to another shop. After telling not one but two advisers we were told that it wasn't on them. So we popped the hood and the air cleaner was not mounted. Suprise, now the car works, and we drove to Ammaco, and they found no shavings in the trani fluid, just needed to be serviced. I have been a customer of the shop for years and it just shocks me the absence of customer care they displayed today.

The salesman Steve Huffman made my car buying experience

The salesman Steve Huffman made my car buying experience very nice! He was very knowledgeable about the Ford Escape I purchased and he even helped me transfer my items from my old Ford to the new one! I love it!

Decent deal great service!

We appreciated Dale M at this dealership. He was so kind and thoughtful while we were doing our truck purchase. They ended up giving us a decent price with great customer service.
