The service rep was very nice, told me about any problems they found & things that will need to be taken care of in the next few months & an approximate cost.

They were very professional, courteous and helpful. They gave me a new battery because mine was the original to the vehicle I purchased 8 months ago and it was defective.

John's explanation of the diagnostic findings (e.g. warped brake rotors) along with three possible fixes and the pros and cons of each one, as well as the regular status updates, are the way to do business. He excels at keeping me informed on how repairs are going, what's been found, and giving me sound advice on how to best to proceed. That level of customer service is what keeps me coming back to McRee.

easiest car I have ever bought. I test drove three different makes of cars. The Explorer was the first, then toyota , and then Honda. I fell in love with Explorer. I was sold from then on.. There was no haggling over the price. First offer given us was just where we wanted it to be and the only thing we negotiated was the trade in and that was adjusted to our satisfaction.. Salesman Terry Tubbs was very good.

My vehicle was serviced quickly and I was out of there in less than an hour. I was only given service that I requested and was not pressured into service that I did not need. Service advisors are always very honest and that is appreciated.

We didn't feel pressured. We were given information and we were attended to, but didn't feel like they were pressuring us into buying.

Worked with Frank Ara - he went far beyond helping me find the exact truck that I was looking for. We literally looked at 10 or more. Very patient.
