When I arrived I was welcomley greeted. I wasn't harassed buy the sales reps or stocked by any sales rep. The sales rep let me look at what I wanted to and not what he wanted me to look at. In other words my experience was by far the best from any other dealership I've ever been to.

It was fast. They changed my oil, inspected my car, and aired up my tire so the sensor would go off, all within 2hrs. I also liked the nice e-mail congratulating me for having my car and gave me $25 off my service for the day!

My salesman, Tommy Monks, was great to work with. He would promptly return my calls and was honest and straight forward with me. They made the car buying experience great, and I will definitely be returning when it's time to buy my next vehicle.

First visit. Did not know this dealer was here as I bought my Taurus from Champion, further away from me. Felt welcome as a new customer and future buyer

I liked that my request for a quote online was answered quickly. Friendly & helpful Dealer & Finance people. They answered all my questions and were willing to make me a good offer on my trade-in and my new vehicle. No pressure!! I liked that especially.

Everyone there is polite, helpful, and actually calls you back. Unheard of nowdays in the service industry. Marvin Zepeda and the two guys in the rental department are a pleasure to work with.
