Dishonest business practices
I was going to come in and buy a Toyota Rav4 hybrid. I checked there inventory, prices, and noticed the dealership added a dealership adjustment fee on top of the MRSP 3k-5k! I asked Josh Branum of Carver's and he responded other dealerships are doing as well up to 15k, but we are not price gouging like them. So I did a dealership search around me and there selling for MRSP with no adjustment. It shows how they lie and use dishonest business practices.

Bad Experience with Carver Toyota in Edinburgh, IN
I had my 2003 Toyota 4 runner transmission changed just for preventative maintenance, there were no warning lights on the dash prior to bringing the vehicle in for service. After service I have 2 lights on the dash, VSC Trac and VSC off. Went back to the service desk and they told me they were on when I brought it in. I will not go back and I will never purchase a vehicle here. I’m upset about how I was treated.

Customer service was great but it is just sad there is
Customer service was great but it is just sad there is not a new car on the lot. It seems like a scheme to keep prices too high. The dealership said they are charging $5000 over sticker prices. I love the Camry it is my third one and was a 2022 with low miles. But no selection to speak of. I see more stupid commercials for Toyota every day than new cars. Why do you spend so much advertising with no cars. Just lower cost. But people were nice.
