The service manager George at Carver is not a man of his
The service manager George at Carver is not a man of his word. My husband has gliobastoma brain cancer and daily radiation treatments at Columbus Regional. I spend all of my time taking him to treatments…I cannot leave him alone. After three phone calls, The service manager agreed to loan me a car in order to get my 4 Runner recalls repaired. The agreement was to drop off at 8:30 and pick up the next morning at 8:30 saving me a trip since we drive daily from North Vernon. Needless to say when we arrived at 8:30 yesterday I was told by the service manager I had to bring the loaner back later that day. The recalls only allowed a loaner for a few hours. I asked for the keys to my vehicle back and left. Where is the compassion and service at Carver? I call that a $44,000 mistake.

My truck was supposedly clean and i found 2 cigarette butts on the floor on my way home with a new vehicle and I had to put 75 dollars in gas after spending over 45,000 for a vehicle I regret buying this truck everyday.
Reps are friendly and efficient.
Reps are friendly and efficient. Work gets done in timely manner, However, (this is for Toyota not necessarily the Carver folks). $140 for electronic “upgrade” is a bit much. Modern day vehicles with new technology…really? Can’t last how long before needing upgrades? Hmm.

My estimate was more than twice as much as I ended up
My estimate was more than twice as much as I ended up paying. They said they don’t fix what’s not broken. And they gave me a loaner to get to work that day. Excellent service! I couldn’t be happier.
