So I’m based in Texas and this dealership was in Indiana.

So I’m based in Texas and this dealership was in Indiana. My salesman name was James. Let me tell you!! James was the upmost respectful and outgoing and honest salesman’s I’ve ever worked with. EVER! And I’ve bought at least 6 cars the process was easy and hackle free. We did everything over the phone and they were honest about the condition of the vehicle. I am very very impressed by this dealership overall if I could give James a 10/10 I would and the manger Levi as well. Please go see them

Shea provided excellent service with no pressure, great experience. Shea was exceptional in explainingeverything! He helped me finally find a vehicle my 6'5 son can fit behind the wheel. I had been searching for over a year. My only disappointment was how much they gave me for my car I traded in.

Carver Toyota Maintenance Department exceeded my expectations again! Ms. McFarland and her team really are the best at what they do. From welcoming you in with a smile, communicating throughout the repair process, to checking you out, I have never had such prodigious experience with a service like I have with her and her team. They really do set an industry standard as to how great customer service brings in business from returning customers.

The process of purchasing the car with my salesman Bryant

The process of purchasing the car with my salesman Bryant was a very good experience. But less than one hour after driving off the lot two sensor lights on. The Service ESC & Service tire monitoring system. I no the vehicle is not under warranty and I will be covering the cost of these two repairs but I found it very interesting and odd that these two issues happened so soon. I will not be recommending Carver to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle to purchase.

Dishonest.

Dishonest. Low balled the trade in offer. Did end up settling 30% higher on trade than initial offer but still claimed the market was below the final trade number. That was a lie. Received a signed offer 10% higher than the number we settled at from a different dealer. Carver is simply misinformed or flat out lying and doubled down on the lie.
