I came into the dealership looking only at used Tundra’s

I came into the dealership looking only at used Tundra’s as I thought they would be a better fit for my price point. After Kyle took some time to feel out my interests he turned me on to a new vehicle with special financing rates and ended up being a win-win. One of the fastest and pressure-free vehicle transactions I’ve ever been a part of.

Bryce Jones was nothing short of excellent in helping us

Bryce Jones was nothing short of excellent in helping us get our new vehicle. He communicated to us throughout the process from ordering through waiting for the vehicle to be built and delivered. He explained options we could add but was not pushy in any way. He was patient in going over the many features and made sure our phones were synced to the vehicle control panel.

Had a wonderful experience during the purchase of my new sequoia. This is the second vehicle I bought from Carver Toyota and they’ve always given us great service.

Carver’s Toyota A great place to buy a car SUV or truck. They were extremely patient and helpful with us, and Kyle was a very well mannered, sweet, natured, young man, who went out of his way to find us what we needed. We are so pleased with him and our new vehicle.

The whole process took about 3-4 hours just because I’m a

The whole process took about 3-4 hours just because I’m a first time buyer and the bank that would give me loan didn’t believe I was who I am and needed a whole bunch of information but when I went to test drive the car with Kyle greathouse he made it very very easy and quick which is what I was hoping to have when I went to buy the car.

Larry was great to work with.

Larry was great to work with. He answered all my questions. No high pressure. Pleasant and personable. On the down side, I had to make initial contact with the staff in order get assistance. I was looking at the vehicle on the lot for at least 20 minutes. I finally went into the showroom and ask if I might be able to look inside the vehicle. The individual (don't recall his name) found the key and gave it to me. He indicated he had to finish up something, then he would get with me. I went back to inspect the vehicle for approximately 25 minutes. No one ever came out. I drove the vehicle up to the showroom, went in and ask (the same young man) if I could test drive the truck. I was very close to leaving to shop elsewhere. Then I was introduced to Larry. That's when things took a 180 degree turn for the positive. From that point on my experience, in one word, was "great". Larry saved your dealership a customer and a sale. One piece of advice for your staff, they need to make prompt contact with any potential customer that hits your lot. Don't get me wrong all of the employees were polite and courteous. I'm don't know who is responsible, but they initially failed to make the customer a priority. Makes me wonder how many potential customer sales you've lost because they left because there was no prompt contact from your staff. I hope you take this as constructive criticism.
