Initially reached out to about 6 Toyota dealerships

Initially reached out to about 6 Toyota dealerships within a 2 hour radius to find the perfect 4Runner. Nick was the most responsive and he was very transparent with all numbers and answered all of my concerns and questions in easy to understand terminology. The overall process was easy and I feel Nick and the management at Carver went above to make sure I felt confident in my purchase. It was worth the 2 hour drive in the rain. Thank you Nick!

Estimate was way too expensive for the repair.

Estimate was way too expensive for the repair. I did some research and the part is only $40 and wanted to charge me $929 for repair. I still had to pay for diagnostic which the price increased 3 times. Price gouging is not acceptable and I will not recommend.

Carver Toyota got my truck in the next day.

Carver Toyota got my truck in the next day. Very nice and helpful. Love the app that shows where their at on your vehicle. I do wish they had loaner vehicles while they have yours.

Fairly easy to work with.

Fairly easy to work with. We got a good deal on our new truck. I would suggest better communication would be helpful. Shea did an awesome job helping us with all of the new features on our truck. Love his positive attitude and energy!

Took my Camry in for an oil change, tire rotation, and

Took my Camry in for an oil change, tire rotation, and new wiper blades. My TPI warning light had been on for some time. I assumed the service tech would reset it since I had my tires rotated. However, it was not reset. This wouldn’t have been a problem, but the service was done on a Saturday and I picked it up after hours. When I called back on Monday, the Service desk had nothing noted on the ticket indicating why it wasn’t reset and asked me to bring it back in so they could reset the warning light. Took it back in and after 30 - 40 minutes they told me I needed a $200 control module, which they would have to order. Told them not to worry, I would just stick a piece of electrical tape over it. I was not offered any compensation for something I feel I should have been told up front.

Jalen called back in December to make me aware that my

Jalen called back in December to make me aware that my lease was ending on April 23 rd. He asked what was my plan and listed the various options that I had based on what I had responded and what I had planned to set aside financially. He was really patient throughout the process from December to April, kept checking on through texts and calls to make sure if I was still holding on the plan we had set. I ended up getting a car that I am enjoying driving and that is fitting my finances. Great Job Jalen and thank you so much!:)

Bryce Jones did an excellent job finding me the truck I wanted. It took some time but he was patient along the way. This is the third vehicle we've purchased from Carver. Fair dealer.

Robert took control of the sale on my Camry and did a

Robert took control of the sale on my Camry and did a fantastic job with whole process. He was super nice and well versed at making me feel comfortable with all that was going on. He went over the whole car and was extremely knowledgeable. The financing went very smoothly and was easy to understand. I drove over 100 miles to purchase the car because they were the only dealership that was able to order the exact car and options I wanted. Great dealership and great personnel!!
