Carver Toyota Maintenance Department exceeded my

Carver Toyota Maintenance Department exceeded my expectations again! Ms. McFarland and her team really are the best at what they do. From welcoming you in with a smile, communicating throughout the repair process, to checking you out, I have never had such prodigious experience with a service like I have with her and her team. They really do set an industry standard as to how great customer service brings in business from returning customers.

The process of purchasing the car with my salesman Bryant

The process of purchasing the car with my salesman Bryant was a very good experience. But less than one hour after driving off the lot two sensor lights on. The Service ESC & Service tire monitoring system. I no the vehicle is not under warranty and I will be covering the cost of these two repairs but I found it very interesting and odd that these two issues happened so soon. I will not be recommending Carver to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle to purchase.

Dishonest.

Dishonest. Low balled the trade in offer. Did end up settling 30% higher on trade than initial offer but still claimed the market was below the final trade number. That was a lie. Received a signed offer 10% higher than the number we settled at from a different dealer. Carver is simply misinformed or flat out lying and doubled down on the lie.

Although the car I ordered did not come in as I ordered

Although the car I ordered did not come in as I ordered it, Carver held up their end of the agreement a got the missing options (body side moldings & hitch) added. It is just difficult to understand that getting a new car is such a process. It took almost 3 months for my grand Hilghlander to arrive after I ordered it & Toyota would not approve building it with the bench seat instead of captains chairs.
