Quick, efficient and thorough describes the service I received at Carver today. The best part of it is that this is the norm and I experience this on every service visit. My advisor Stacey was fantastic and understands great communication and customer care. This is a well staffed facility with experienced pros who are great at what they do. It may sound odd but I actually look forward to my routine maintenance service visits at Carver who offer great fresh coffee in a spacious waiting room with TVs and WiFi. The friendly sales team is always nice and they make sure they say hello and acknowledge you as a valued customer of the dealership when they see you onsite.

Carver Toyota misrepresented financing, made me believe I had to buy add-ons to get financed , and when I called them out, they tried to silence me with a cease-and-desist instead of fixing the fraud. Their actions destroyed my credit and left me dealing with the fallout, while they dodge all accountability. This isn’t just bad service, it’s predatory. If you care about honesty, your money, or your credit, stay far away from this dealership.
