Warranty replacement on battery was performed - No

Warranty replacement on battery was performed - No issues. Service department installed 2 new hatch cylinders and they are working fine.

I highly recommend working with Bryce.

I highly recommend working with Bryce. He made the process very straightforward and he is very knowledgeable. The sales experience was she mole and fast via mostly text and electronic signatures. Very happy with the experience!

Last 2 times I called for service, operator forwarded me

Last 2 times I called for service, operator forwarded me to service but know one answered. This last service I called 2 times, left a message on second call. My call was not returned, third call I insisted on talking to a person! Then, I Didn’t realize I would not get all my Toyota care complimentary service due to expiration. Cost for oil change and tire rotation was just under 150 dollars. A bit steep I thought. They didn’t rest the maintenance reminded, it’s still telling me I need service!! Ug, I won’t be back, unless warranty and all services are covered.
