Just an oil change, correct filter oil and level, what more could one ask for...

I made an appointment online to have my oil changed. They sent at least 3 emails to confirm my appointment. When I got there, my car was taken in right away,. I was told how long to expect the appointment to take. I waited in the (very Nice) waiting room and a tech came in to tell me that my car had a refcall on it and that they would fix it then if I wanted. They were thorough and the car was ready earlier than expected. I was given a printout of everything they had done and when I should bring my car in again for the next oil change. Everyone was so nice and professional.

Great service , they are very pleasant and patient with you. Explain everything and go the extra mile to make a sale that will benefit the customer more than themselves. Worked with Dave Fountain. He was awesome , made a dream come true for us. As far as service goes, same thing. Thank you to all at Genesee Valley Ford.

Very kind and helpful -- we had to bring in two cars at the same time for "The Works" -- we dropped one car off the night before the appointment -- they were able to get it in right away and back to us the same night -- letting us drop off the second car for the next day. Steve and Don are always so kind and helpful.
