Looking for a used car for my son to purchase and saw this on Cars.com. The car was in excellent condition, he test drove it, made a deal with used car manager to purchase and take it with us since we lived two hours away. Dealer took care of all the details while we had lunch in the area, and my son drove the car home while I followed him. Very nice dealership to work with.

I have bought two Ford 150 trucks from Genesee Valley Ford within the pass six months. One was for a company truck (ESL Federal Credit Union) and the other was for my own personal use. Both times my experience working with the sales team ( Deb Robinson and Larry Temperato) was great. There was no pressure and both made me feel very relaxed during the entire process. When I went to buy my personal truck, I thought I know what I wanted in regards to buying an F250, but Larry asked me the right questions and helped steer me in the right size vehicle. He didn't try to up-sell me to a more expensive truck, but instead, he sold me a truck that met my needs. I appreciate Larry's knowledge and experience of trucks and his willingness to take the time to work with understanding my needs.

I have bought and serviced my f150 here, I have never had a problem. If you have a question they will answer and not give you the run around! When I bought my truck the process wasn't like other places where they try and push you into something you don't want, they let you roam free in the yard to look at whatever you please. I defiantly recommend genesee valley Ford to anybody if you want a smooth no pressure atmosphere and quick and flawless buying process

I went to get a car and all sales people were busy, the owner asked me into his office and then introduced me to his sales manager to help me complete my purchase. I dare you to talk to the owner or have the sales manger sell you a car down on the car strip. Thanks Dom and Kim for the GREAT experience. I have never been more impressed.

I had a tire replaced in the fall prior to storing for the winter. It had a very slow leak that was not detected until spring and they tool care of it no questions asked. Thanks.
