Genesee Valley Ford is number one in my book.

I took my 2014 Ford explorer into have the problem with the black screen for the my Ford touch repaired. With the vehicle being only 3 years old I thought Ford Motor Company would cover the repair. I found out that Ford will not and It will cost me about 700.00 to replace their defective part. I also found out that this problem has a long history of failure on several Ford models since 2011. But my experience with Don Christoff and his staff was excellent.

Brought F-150 in for minor warranty Repairs. Drop Vehicle at 230 PM and it was not looked at until 1 PM the following day.

Overall a good experience. Pros: Seems to follow their slogan(no non sense) Quick and easy buying process Friendly Patient Able to assist well Upfront Gave us good options and possibilities for both payments and cars Cons: Very little movement on prices Some sales reps could be a little more knowledgeable on features of the car Limited inventory when we attended (colors options) Overall a good car buying experience they took the time to explain things and worked closely with me and would recommend to anyone.

As for the price movement, we try to give you a great price with a minimum of going back and forth sometimes it may seem like we are not moving much but we don't hit you with a high price only to negotiate down like some other dealers.
