Rec LSA

Service personel is truly 5 star. I needed someone to take care to my air filter as it was letting into my vehicle a bad smell. After Don setting up an appointment and getting me a loaner it was smooth sailing for me. I never worry about anything at Genesee Valley Ford has a Great Service Dept. I do trust them and the work they perform.

New F350

This is the 2nd new truck I've bought from Dave Fountain at Genesee Valley Ford, & the 2nd time I've been pleased..I called Dave up on Friday and told him what I was looking for, within an hour he had sent me pictures and information, we closed the deal over the phone Saturday, and I picked up my truck Tuesday...I have enough faith in Dave and Genesee Valley Ford that I pretty much bought it "site unseen "

Not happy

After talking to one of there sales people about a jeep willys I told him I would be there in two hours as that how long I had to drive to get there. Much to my surprise was met at the door to be told one of the sale people let someone else test drive it. And sold it. I would not recommend traveling any distance on there word because it could happen. To you also

Awesome Job!

I took my car in for an oil change and also for a recall. The total time commitment was a hour and half which is pretty good in my opinion. I entrust the service team at Genesse Ford and will bring my car again in the future.

GV Ford's excellent and professional service!

Scheduled Saturday service for rear wheel bearing noise, I was notified by 9:30am with required replacement parts and total price. Service completed by 5:00pm, per my request, so we could finish out our day with towing the boat to the lake. Excellent and professional service! Thanks Don for making this go so smooth, you made me and my family's night!!
