Best Ford Dealer in the Area

I'm now leasing a fantastic 2016 Fusion. This vehicle is outrageous it has everything. Betty is the best sales person. Everyone at GVF knows me by name and is so nice. Service even knows me well.

Loved the convienience!

We were able to leave the keys in the overnight box. We dropped off the car in Christmas Day on our way to the airport. They kindly replaced the brakes while we were on vacation. Payed w a credit card from Florida. We picked the car back up on New Year's Day as we returned from the airport. Loved the convienience!

Great Service Department

I did not know that I had to leave the car for recalls but my shop was able to take care of that and do my NY Inspection and had it all don in less than 2 hrs. My service writer was very helpful and took care of me in no time . I am very pleased with my service Thank you

Great Service

I was interested in purchasing a 2016 Ford Explorer. I spoke with Emanuel at the Avon location. We told him what we wanted and he totally worked out a perfect deal for us. He was very helpful and did everything he can to satisfy us. Great customer service. Ty again Emanuel we will set come back again and send lots if references.

competent service and comfortable waiting area.

i came in for an oil change and tire rotation. the work was completed in a timely manner and i was able to secure an appointment on the same day i called for service. the gentlemen at the service desk were courteous during check-in and check-out. i was also advised of the need for rear brake service within the near future.

I purchased a 2015 F150, Jarred Hobbs, and it was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had. I feel like I got a very good deal with absolutely no hassle!!
