Rob Gora provided excellent customer service before, during and after the sale. Rob was attentive and helpful without being overbearing. He did an excellent job answering my questions and was willing to consult with his colleagues for information with which he was not personally familiar. Rob got me excellent value for my trade-in and a great price on my new vehicle. Ismar (Izy) Viso was very pleasant to work with on the business end of things. He matched the insterest rate I had secured through another lender over a longer term, providing me increased flexibility with my auto loan. There were a few hiccups in scheduling some aftermarket services (limited to some minor miscommunication), but I'm pleased with the quality of the work and it was done in a timely manner.

Justin, although relatively new to the sales position, was very helpful. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he found out. We knew what we wanted when we arrived at the dealership, and Justin took it from there. We feel we got a fair price and are happy with our Grand Caravan.

My husband and I had went to Dewey Dodge Jeep about a year ago and almost got a Jeep that we loved, but didn't end up going through with it because the payment was just a little too high for our liking. We got a call a few weeks later that Scott Lincoln had left and someone else was taking over the people he was working with. Just last weekend my husband and I went back out to look at Jeeps and when we were walking up to the door we were so surprised to see Scott back at the dealership. We weren't expecting that, but it was a wonderful surprise! He is so helpful and understanding about everything we needed/wanted. He was friendly and did everything he could for us! Gregg was great to work with. He maybe didn't have all the answers off the top of his head, but he worked hard to get them for us quickly. We came in looking for a Ford Edge, thought more about something larger so we transitioned to the Explorer. We didn't like the feel of the interior so we looked at the Durango. We were very happy we didn't need to go start over somewhere else with a different sales person. We liked what we had in Gregg so it was very nice that we could keep dealing with him while we looked at the Durango, which we purchased. He was very helpful throughout, gave us good advice which we certainly appreicated. We certainly felt like we had an advocate in Gregg, someone working with us, on behalf of us, not someone just wanting to make a quick sale. Thanks Gregg.

I was very happy with my experience at Dewey. From beginning to end every person there met or exceeded my expectations. When it comes time to buy my next vehicle i will go there first.

They told us that the lowest apr that we would be able to get is 4.69% but we found out that at the same bank that they were using we could get a 2.99% loan. They also told us that we can get a full refund on the extended warranty, gap protection, theft protection, roadside assistance, etc. if we were to cancel it within 30 days after the purchase. We canceled it within the allotted time and they never refunded us the all the money. They even claimed that they lost our cancellation papers that we turned in within the 30 days. We had to fill out new cancellation papers and file them again. Also, we tried to contact them to see why they did not refund us the entire amount but they never even respond to us.

My first experience with Dewey Jeep was a positive one. I found my sales rep, Wade Elgin, to be very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured at all duriig the process. This was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience I have had in the past 30 years. I recommend Wade and this dealership to anyone in need of no-hassle, enjoyable buying experience.

These folks made buying my new Jeep EXTREMELY easy and I think I must of met most all of the staff! I loved the way they have it organized - Each person knows their "stuff" and they are able to answer every and all your questions. Even after market - I still call and ask questions - this is my first Jeep - Always had Hondas - I would NEVER - EVER buy from Smart(Holmes) Honda in Des Moines, IA again - I bought 2 cars there -first time was ok - the second was awful! The sales guy had an arrogant attitude and acted like I owed him my purchase - so from know on it will be Dewey in Ankeny.
