workshop is a little bit slow so far, but everything else was good. People working great together in this dealership. The prices are fair and they really try to get your business, which means u can get a lower price !!!

We bought a used vehicle from this dealership. We were...

We bought a used vehicle from this dealership. We were told that it was given something like a 120 point inspection. Right off we noticed a couple of problems. I was frustrated that we needed to take it back down to be worked on. I figured that if they gave the vehicle a thorough inspection they would fix any problems that it may have had. They were going to charge us a substantial amount to hook the car up to the computer to see what error codes were coming up. After having to get a little testy, they were kind enough to hook it up to the computer free of charge. They fixed the one of the problems. We had to take it back down another time a week later to address another issue. Even though we shouldn't have had to do any of that, they were eager to make it right and make it up to us. I truely appreciate that. I will continue doing buisness with them and would buy another vehicle from them. I am confindent in their mechanics and trust them working on my car.

Bob Berry and the finance person were so personable and...

Bob Berry and the finance person were so personable and very easy to work with purchasing my used Dodge Dakota. The price was right and no squabble with the extras that I requested. Bob was very willing to drop off a rental vehicle while the extras were installed on my truck. Bob is an asset to your company. I was disappointed a little with the fact that I asked to have the engine idle adjusted and the service advisor told Bob this was normal for this engine (4.7 V8). This is the same engine that we have in our company trucks and they don't idle that rough. I asked for rubber floor mats and only received front mats and NO rear mats. Other than that the next time I will spell out my requests to the aftermarket person that called me on the phone.

Dewey took advantage of my wifes trusting nature. I specifically told the salesman I wanted no dealer add ons. They still slipped in $1000 worth.

Denise was very friendly and not overbearing. She listened to my interests and worked with her manager to provide an acceptable price. I also appreciated the lady who took the time to show me how to use some of the features in my new vehicle, she was fun and knowledgeable. I will recommend Dewey to others who are looking to purchase a new vehicle

I went in to have my current Jeep serviced and saw Roger...

I went in to have my current Jeep serviced and saw Roger , who sold me my Jeep a few months earlier, and told him I would like to trade in my sons car for another Jeep. He was so helpful in steering to just the right vehicle for my son. The whole process was wonderful and actually fun! I would defiantly recommend Roger and the whole dealership to anyone I know. It is so nice to deal with friendly and smiling people.

Bought a 2010 Camaro SS from here. Was treated extremely well by the staff. Salesman Andrew Parks was more than willing to give me a lesson in driving a manual transmission since I had not had much experience in driving one. Andrew also sent me pics and video of the car to check out before I made the 4 hour drive to see and purchase the car. I also believe I got a pretty fair price for the car. I would definately reccomend this dealer and Andrew Parks specifically.

I came into the dealership to replace my 2011 Ford Fiesta...

I came into the dealership to replace my 2011 Ford Fiesta with a larger car! I was interested in a 2011 Chrysler 200 (which I bought)! Nicholas Dinkel was wonderful to work with! He answered all of my questions, no high pressure sales and very patient with my decision! Very GOOD and PROFESSIONAL salesman! I am very pleased and impressed with the dealership as a whole. I was treated by everyone I came into contact with as if I was the only customer in the building (I of course was not, it was VERY busy), but the experience was ALL about what I wanted and needed! I have purchased many cars in many different states and this was by far the BEST dealership I have ever encountered! One week later I brought my daughter in and Nicholas Dinkel worked with her to find just the right car! She purchased a 2012 Dodge Journey! AWESOME service again throughout the whole experience! If YOU are looking for a new or used car I couldn't recommend any place else to go but here! You will also be VERY pleased!

We visited Dewey Dodge in Ankeny looking for a replacement for our 2006 Caravan. Denise Kulla listened carefully to what we wanted, went to find the car we asked for, and did her best to get us the deal we wanted. She was very helpful. When we returned later in the evening, she was off duty, but her husband Mike finished the deal for us. Both sales people were professional, attentive, and earned our business. Both followed up with phone calls and offers of assistance should any be needed. It was a very good experience.
