Everyone seems so understanding and kind. Jay was very helpful and took the time to go over every detail of the car. He even offered to come to my house and help me program the garage door opener!

Stopped in about a month prior just for a quick look to see what they had, and looked up and seen a salesman on his way. I'm not a fan of salesman because they are pushy and just don't shut up. Ron cooper was that salesman and after he gave me his card and I left, I thought to myself that this guy was on my level. He was polite and not pushy at all. I went back and went to him and could not be happier with my experience purchasing my new f-250. Thank you Taylors and Ron Cooper....

My husband and I purchased a pre-owned Ford Edge just a few days ago. This has been the second purchase we have made with Taylor's. The first experience was so great, we made sure to go back and check out their inventory again! This time we had the pleasure of working with Chad Taylor. We had stopped by just to look on Sunday, and were surprised to see they were actually open due to a sale. Chad came right out to meet us, and when we asked to test drive, he offered to get the vehicle ready and warmed up while we went inside to wait since it was so cold! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He looked up the car's history for us so we knew all the details about the car without any surprises. . While we waited for everything to be processed, he took the time to sit with us, talk, and get to know us. He could have easily talked with other employees or could have had no interest with us but making the sale. He made the whole process very easy and pleasant. We also had the pleasure of working with Dave Inman in finance again. Once we entered his office, he remembered who we were right away, which was so nice! He addressed all of our questions and concerns financially and made us feel very comfortable with everything. He really is fantastic. I recently purchased a pre owned pick up at Taylors Automax. The salesman that helped me find the perfect truck is Sean Kelloog. My wife and I met with Sean, explained what we were looking for and he started looking for our truck. He called a few days later said he had found several that fit our needs and wants. We met him at the dealership and tried out several trucks, all good candidates. Not being an impulse buyer, I had to weigh the pros and cons of each of the trucks we tried. About a week later my wife and I, mostly me, came to a decision. I called Sean and let him know what we had decided, he told me when I was ready to do the deal to come on out. No pressure at all, it was great. We went out finalized the deal and purchased our new to us pick up. I would highly recommend Sean he knows his inventory, and if he doesn't have it, he will get it. Beat vehicle buying experience yet.

Our family has known Sean Kellogg and the Taylors for years. Although the fine print of their sale had me ending up paying more than expected, the vehicle was worth it. Easy to deal with sellers, great inventory of rigs, good company.
