Quality vehicles and great service

After visiting several dealerships in the area, the folks at Taylor's proved a step above the rest. All the rigs I looked at were ship shape and the professional no-pressure employees made it easy to sort through and find just the right truck. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future. I recommend working with Kip Kulju if you are looking for a sales contact.

Good service, ask for Ron Cooper.

We purchased a new truck, Nissan Frontier. Good customer service, we highly recommend Ron Cooper. Great salesman, very accommodating, and wants to please customers. Just make sure you know what exactly you want and have researched your preferred vehicle.

Great experience purchasing a used vehicle

This was one of the easiest, most satisfying vehicle purchases I have made in many years. I worked with Mr. Ron Cooper, as others have said within his internet profile, he is a very honest, trust worthy sales representative and he does in fact treat others as I believe he would want to be treated. Many times people do not leave a car dealership feeling very good about themselves or about the process they just went through, this time, for me; it was very pleasant and I feel like I was treated fairly and respectfully. I am in need of another vehicle and I am certain Mr. Ron Cooper will again help me through the process. I would encourage anyone in need of a vehicle to start with Ron.

Cody VanVoast

When I pulled onto the lot at Taylor's Auto Max around 4:30pm on a friday night I was greeeted by Cody Van Voast a very friendly and polite young man. He asked what kind of vehicle i was interested in and if he could help me find it. When i expressed my interest in looking and wasn't i sure what i might want Cody had several question that helped to understand what i was looking for , gas mileage, vans , vehicle with doors on tha back that open, pleasure or work vehicle then made suggestions that helped. Cody showed me around the lot and let me check out several vehicles finally deciding to test drive a Nissan Altima . Not once did I feel pressured to purchase a new car, just getting the help I needed to decide what i really liked and giid fit for work. Cody was a new saleman and he let me know that right away, the rest of the staff helped to finish the paperwork that night and stayed late to see i was accomodated. A great experiance at Taylor's Auto Max.

Good people to work with.

Sean Kellogg was friendly and very helpful in getting my truck. He was not pushy and very accommodating. John Zuris was also very knowledgeable and helpful on the finance end.

Truck buying experience

Chad Taylor ,salesman at Taylor's Auto Max, was friendly ,knowledgable and helpful. The paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. When the pick up was sold that we were looking for was sold, Chad found another one that was similar for us.

No Hassle

Our old Suburban gave up on us and I went in to pick out a new one for my family. I met Jeremy and in very short order knew I wanted to work with him. Within a few short min. we had located what would meet our needs and had the deal underway. Thank you Jeremy for your no nonsense service.

Helpful, easy

Chad helped me purchase my 2014 Rogue and was very kind, he answered all the questions I had and was very accommodating. Going through finance was very fast and the easiest finance experience I've yet to have. :)

COOP DOES IT AGAIN!!!

In our small community it is quite common to already know, or deal with the same people repeatedly on a personal and or professional level. In saying this, the experiences can be both positive and negative leaving you to have pretty good insight on who people truly are. It also leaves you the ability to make educated decisions in whether or not you want to do business with these same people when the time comes. Ron Cooper is somebody we chose to do business with and because of our experience, without question we will choose to again. In my opinion, he is not in it to merely make sales quotas or to make his bosses happy. I feel Ron truly cares about the people he is helping and wants to do what is right for them. There was not a single moment we felt like he was unethical, dishonest, pushy or just trying to push a car sale on us and let me say this; it was last 3 days of the month we started talking to him and now a new month, December (Christmas time). Coop if you get to read these, thank you for the excellent customer service, we will be doing it again when we are ready for our next vehicle!!! Wacy & Jamie
