Me and my wife went in looking at a Chevy Maxx and ended up with an amazing car instead. When Stephanie came up with the Oldsmobile Aurora, we thought it might have been a mistake. One test drive later and we knew it was the car for us. Dealing with the paperwork was easy and they will work with you. Amazing car and Amazing service. Will recommend.

Great dealership. Jay was amazing. The only time we felt any "used car salesman" vibe was from the finance guy trying to convince us to buy a warranty.

The vehicle I just purchased is the third one from Taylor's in the past 8 years for my family. This is the only dealership in my lifetime that I have purchased multiple vehicles from. Return calls and/or emails are quick and prices seem to be quite fair. Jeremy Stone was a great guy and the longest part of the whole transaction was me test driving and looking at several trucks.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Chad Taylor and the entire staff at Taylor's Auto Max on a Saturday when I decided to purchase a newer vehicle. Chad was very friendly and informative in regards to what I was looking for in a vehicle. He was able to show a few different options that met the criteria of what I was looking for and explained the ins and outs of each one and what it had to offer. I drove through Taylor's on a Saturday afternoon, very apprehensive, as I have never bought a car in my life from anyone other than my dad, who owned his own car lot. He passed away 5 months ago, so I was very nervous about even stepping foot on another lot. Taylor's Auto Max came highly recommended by my dad, so that is where I went. I was so excited to see the vehicle I had been looking for; a 2014 Infinity QX 50. I got out to take a closer look and Cody approached me with a kind smile and willingness to help. We took a look at the car, and after a few tears, as it was very emotional for me, Cody was very warm and knowledgeable and continued to help me throughout the process. I feel like, after it is all said and done, my dad is smiling upon me. I am happy with Cody's approachable demeanor, compassion, and strive for contentment, on my part. This was an awesome experience! Jeremy met us on the lot and immediately knew we wanted to work with him. After we decided not to buy Jeremy kept in touch with us without bothering us. When we finally decided what we wanted to do Jeremy was there to make sure we got what we wanted and felt comfortable. He is a no nonsense no hassle salesman. He won't get you into anything HE doesn't feel comfortable with.
