Best dealership I've ever dealt with

Had an absolutely wonderful experience buying a used mustang convertible site unseen from this dealership. They are very honest and great to deal with. All the good reviews on here definitely put my mind at ease as I was unable to get to MT to look at it before buying. The salesman Joshua Copeland was fantastic, I asked him to tell me every little mark the car had on it etc, as I could not get to MT in person and he did, car came shipped in a day to CO and was everything I expected. I would definitely buy another car from Taylor's Automax again.

Amazing

This is the third car I have bought from them. I keep going back because they are so fair and friendly. I have recommended kip to everyone that is going to buy a new car.

I was a little aprehensive at first......

I was a little apprehensive at first, but I found Jim Taylor's Auto to be very friendly and helpful........I thought Kip was very thorough but not too pushy.........a week after my purchase I have no regrets and do not miss my car at all......I am a solid Nissan owner since 2007 and will continue to be at least another 7-10. Thank you Great Falls have Jim Taylor's Auto. Especially thank you to Kip K. for all your education, input and honesty.

Awesome!

Sean Kellogg was very friendly, knowledgeable and so very great to work with! We drove several vehicles and he was very patient & professional with us as we decided what could fit in our budget.

Interest rate?

The one thing I did not like is that no one went over the finance charges with us, the interest rate. Just how much the cost of the car before interest rate. It was not Cathie, it was the manager who gave us the papers never told us. We had to figure it out on our own. Other that it was a great experience.

Chris Marshall, our "GO TO" guy when purchasing a new vehicl

My wife and I first went looking for a new car at this dealership. Before long we were being "ganged up on" to complete the sale. We walked away. Several months later, still looking a new car, I contacted Chris Marshall and told him of our first experience and told him we would deal with him and only him. Explained our needs as far as price range, fuel economy and comfort. It is a 4 ½ hour drive from our home to Great Falls. Mosts of our preliminary negotiations were by telephone and email. When we decided on what we were looking for, we arrived to test drive and "kick the tires". Chris was very professional, courteous, and was available to meet our schedule. We completed the sale that day, and feel that Chris was working for us. We are back for a second new car and will only deal with Mr. Marshall. We will always refer him and will continue to do business with him. We never thought we had a chance of getting a vehicle with our low credit scores.
