Great Experience

I went to Taylor's Auto Max with the intention of test-driving a few different brands of trucks, to compare the quality of each and decide on which to purchase. Taylor's had a great selection of used trucks, and they were able to set me up in a Dodge that was just right for me.

My experience

I was very well pleased with my experience at Taylor's Auto Max. Jay Schabarker was very helpful from start to finish. I found the pickup I was looking for from Cargurus.com. I called your 1-800 number and was hooked up with Jay. He was very informative about this vehicle and really peaked my interest. He said I was approved for a loan if I wanted to get the '05 GMC Canyon. I told him I was interested and I drove from Spokane WA. for the deal. He was very courteous to my girlfriend and I. I was very happy when I left your lot in my pickup. Thank you Jay and your associates. I remain a new and loyal customer. Roy Belgarde.

Fair price. Good experience.

Fair list price for the vehicle I was looking for. Jay put me in the exact vehicle I walked in wanting to get. Pleasurable experience, no sales pressure and took the time to show me what I was looking for in the price range that i wanted. Finance process was easy, and gave a decent price for the milleage and condition of my trade in. Definitely recommend Jay and Taylor's Auto Max to a friend.

Jay S. and Taylor's

We saw a LaCrosse in their ad we had been interested in for a while and one of our vehicles had just given up the ghost. Called and talked to Jay S. Husband wend down and test drove. Had the car the next day. Jay was willing to do what ever he needed to help us get the purchase done. He was very complete going over the features in the car and we walked out with our new Buick LaCrosse in short order. He even contacted us the next day to make sure things were good.

Bob Anderson

On Saturday, December 13, 2014, we bought a 2013 Chevy Malibu from Bob Anderson and had a wonderful experience with him. We just saw him this evening for him to further explain all of the perks that came with our vehicle. I would recommend his as a car salesmen 100%!

Nissan and Taylors Rock!

Everything was great, we love Nissans, this is our 3rd one and the one we traded in had 230,000 miles on it and it's still going strong. This was my Husband Brett's very first brand new vehicle so he is giddy ;-) Thank you from the Irvin's

my experience with Ron Cooper.

We found Ron to be very friendly. He was really up beat. There was no pressure put on us to buy any thing. He sold us the car without really trying to sell us the car we bought or any other car. We had a really great experience

Love my new truck!

I had handed Ron a wish list I was looking for in a newer pick-up when we got my husbands vehicle a few months back. I had a great truck but the warranty was out and I wanted to trade up for a newer truck and still stay in my budget. Ron found a truck for me and then some! Ron went the extra mile...he brought the truck to me at my work to test drive, had all of the paperwork completed and ready for me to sign after work. He even showed me how to operate some of the newfangled options on it. It was the easiest process ever, and I have my dream truck! Thank you Ron, and Thank you Taylor's! Blessings!!!!

Good experience working with great people!

I had an interest in a vehicle and Taylor's representative was very informative and willing to do everything reasonable to help me purchase it. He was knowledgeable and insured me if he couldn't answer my questions that he would find someone who could. The experience was enjoyable and I was happy with their professionalism and caring that I was satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend Taylor's AutoMax to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Didn't get what I asked for

I had three major requirements in a vehicle, one of them being hands free calling. I made these requirements very obvious to the salesman. After purchasing the vehicle we discovered the hands free calling button on the steering wheel was not functional because it had been a rental car. The carfax revealed it had been a rental and the salesman knew this, but did not mention that this most often meant the car had no onstar or hands free calling. When I communicated my displeasure at having bought a vehicle that had obviously been over priced because it was not a true LT1 as advertised and that my basic requirements had not been met, I was told they sold vehicles as is. They did offer to have aftermarket hands free calling installed at a meager discount, but over priced substandard hands free calling was not acceptable. I will never go to Taylor Auto Max again.
