Great Experience !

Fast and Friendly

This is the third vehicle we have bought from Taylor. Ron Cooper is an asset to this company. He listens and asks questions as to what we were looking for. I would buy another from Ron without hesitation.

Flew in, Drove Out

Flew in from Seattle after finding the perfect used 2012 GMC Sierra 2500HD at Taylor's via an online search. I worked with Jay over the phone and email and he did a great job making sure the rig was as good as it looked in the pics. He even picked me up from the airport. Was in and out of the dealership in about 30 minutes which I really appreciated. I'd buy from them again. Ross Seattle WA

GREAT SALESMAN

I would reccomend anyone going to see him at Taylor's. He's very personable and does everything he can to make sure you have the best experience with them possible. He even came in on his day off to make sure I was taken care of and I got the vehicle I wanted. I'm definitely going to send anyone I know that needs a new vehicle to see him.

smooth and easy

looked at cars after hours, went to dealership the next day talked with Jay and asked to have jeep brought to office so I could come drive it and look it over. when I arrived it was freshly washed and ready for me to drive.. the sale was then completed with zero snags

Helpfull

I was looking for a certain type of truck and found it a Taylor's in Great Falls. I live in Belgrade so it meant a three hour drive to have a look at it. Jay drove it for me and called me back to let me know that it would be worth the drive to see it. He checked out the features that I had expressed interest in but only that. As it turned out the truck had two issues that we found when I drove it. We went forward with the sale anyway and that went very smooth. Overall, I needed a truck and felt confident that Jay was going to get me in it and driving home soon. Jay clearly knows what he is doing.

"I was given the best deal on my car"

Although my order was placed in October, I received my car in February. When it arrived, it was more than I had hoped. What really made the day was the interest rate of .9% with a rebate of $1,750.00! Gary Lipnickey did everything within his power to keep me abreast of my car's approximately delivery and then gave me first cabin service upon its arrival. He hooked me up with Cindy in service to have my car prepared with window and paint protection. Gary lent me his car to give me free access to Great Falls while my car was being treated with the protection coat. I am extremely pleased with my VW Jetta TBI and have had many of my friends and colleagues become very impressed with my new car! I will encourage others to deal with Gary as his no pressure approach has sales potential!
