Flew in from Seattle after finding the perfect used 2012 GMC Sierra 2500HD at Taylor's via an online search. I was looking for a certain type of truck and found it a Taylor's in Great Falls. I live in Belgrade so it meant a three hour drive to have a look at it. Jay drove it for me and called me back to let me know that it would be worth the drive to see it. He checked out the features that I had expressed interest in but only that. As it turned out the truck had two issues that we found when I drove it. We went forward with the sale anyway and that went very smooth. Overall, I needed a truck and felt confident that Jay was going to get me in it and driving home soon. Jay clearly knows what he is doing.

Although my order was placed in October, I received my car in February. When it arrived, it was more than I had hoped. What really made the day was the interest rate of .9% with a rebate of $1,750.00! Gary Lipnickey did everything within his power to keep me abreast of my car's approximately delivery and then gave me first cabin service upon its arrival. He hooked me up with Cindy in service to have my car prepared with window and paint protection. Gary lent me his car to give me free access to Great Falls while my car was being treated with the protection coat. I am extremely pleased with my VW Jetta TBI and have had many of my friends and colleagues become very impressed with my new car! I will encourage others to deal with Gary as his no pressure approach has sales potential!
