WE HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A TRUCK TO FIT OUR NEEDS FOR SOMETIME. OTHER DEALERSHIPS WERE LOOKED AT BUT NEVER OFFERED WHAT TAYLOR'S WOULD. OUR SEARCH STAYED WITH TAYLOR'S GREAT FALLS AND FORT BENTON. WE EXPRESSED MAKE MODEL AND PRICE RANGE TO RON COOPER. HE KEPT IN CONTACT. WHEN A TRUCK CAME IN THAT MIGHT FIT OUR NEED HE WOULD CALL. HE TREATED US AS FAMILY WHICH MEANT THE WORLD TO US. HE FOLLOWED THRU EVERY DETAIL. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS. RON YOU'RE AWESOME!!!!!!

We told salesman what we were looking for, and he provided us with information on the best choice for what we were looking for. He was well educated and knowledgeable about all the different vehicles and pointed us in the right direction. We didn't have to haggle over prices - but got a fair value on our trade-in and new vehicle price.

Kip was so extremely helpful and kind throughout the buying process! As a first time buyer from a dealership with a limited budget I never would have expected to be treated so well! I came away with an awesome vehicle, far more than my money would have bought anywhere else, and feeling like I was truly a valued customer! I love my car and cannot thank Kip enough for guiding me through the process and my many questions with such professionalism and kindness!

We were looking at used cars at the used car lot when Ron Cooper came out to greet us. We told him what we were looking for and he suggested looking at a new Nissan. He showed us a new Nissan Rogue SL. We went over the car with him and he showed us every detail that we asked about and a lot more. Ron was very professional and not at all pushy. He took us through every facet of the dealership from financing to the shop. We ended up buying the SL and are very happy with it. Ron followed up with phone call to make sure that we had a GOOD EXPERIENCE which we certainly did.

I am not especially fond of car shopping but I must say my experience at Taylor's was very good. Marshall was a wonderful salesman and kudos to Dave in finance also who made my car buying a pleasant one to say the least...Very happy with outcome ~

We were not really looking for a new car when we went through the lot. However, the sales person (Kip) was very helpful in considering a number of options and worked with us in getting the best deal for our car and when getting the new one. Once we purchased the car he took the time to show all its features and how they worked. We are very pleased.

We were greeted at the door and immediately felt comfortable with Ron. He was quick to help us get started and was very thorough upon inspection of the vehicle we were interested in. During the test drive he was sure to show us any and all features and was so helpful and honest. After making our decision to purchase the car, he worked hard to give us the best deal and have us on our way in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dealership and Ron Cooper is your guy! :)

I forgot how many vehicles I have bought from Taylors since the first one in 1996 but would highly recommend their services. Recently I dealt with Sean Kellogg and our transaction was short and to the point. He helped load car on trailer and saw to it that the paperwork followed thru our entirer deal.
