Sam and Abdul couldn't have been easier to work with. I bought an Acura MDX, the process was very easy and I was allowed to take the car to have it inspected. The only negative.... the detail guys did a really lousy job so we spent a good bit of time vacuuming and cleaning. I didn't call and say anything because of the distance back to the dealer. I do feel like Sam and Abdul would have addressed the issue and taken care of it...I would highly recommend buying a car from them.

Good salesman would buy from him again. Highly recommend him.

I visited about a half dozen used car dealers before making my purchase. I felt like I was being "worked" at the other lots. I had one lot tell me that I needed to put money down on a car because another buyer was going to make a decision in 24 hrs. I had another dealership tell me that an out of town buyer who was purchasing my test drive car by check was heading down, but if I put paid a deposit, then I could have the car. I told both dealers to let the other people have the car. I cannot stand being "worked." If you want to avoid the drama work with Samad Goodall at Atlanta Used Cars. He let my wife and I take a test drive by ourselves and told us to take our time. Some dealers only let you drive around the block with a salesman in the front seat with you. When I mentioned that I planned on having my car inspected, Sam was totally supportive. Some of the other dealers would not allow car to be inspected off-site. Financing was a simple process which was surprising to me. Since, I am self-employed and own multiple rental houses. I cannot think of one area where Samad and the Marietta location of Atlanta Used Cars come up short during my purchase experience.

We walked in the dealership to test drive an infinity and got greeted by Greg. From the introduction forward he was a great sales guy with great personality. He made us feel welcomed and not pressured to anything. We ended up buying a 2011 Audi A4 and the buying experience was just perfect. I would recommend this dealership and Greg as a sales man to anyone looking for a used car at a great price with an even better experience. He even went out of his way to get us a full buffing and oil change on the car which was the cherry on top.

We were looking for a decent car at a good price. Russell was great at recommending a good fit for us and explaining the finance process. Very fast and professional. We were able to get approved on the car we wanted . Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good deal and a memorable experience.

I bought a car from these crooks, they told me the car is in perfect condition no issues and is a 1 owner car. Well what I received is a car that has a rear differential that needs to be replaced, rear window is broken so water leaks into the cabin, dings and scratches all over the car. They lie and false advertise their vehicles be very cautious. Better yet go buy a car from a dealer you can trust. The owner says that I bought the car as is yet their advertisement never mentions that the car needs major repair. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS ALL THEIR CARS ARE MISREPRESENTED. LIYING CHEATING xxxxxxxx DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.....

Following is a full account of my experience and I have no affiliation with the dealership. Just read my Yelp reviews and you will see that I am not easily bowled over by customer service. I write as I see it for other readers. I arrived after lunch on a busy Saturday. The friendly staff greeted me in the parking lot and asked me if I had been helped then introduced me to the salesperson, Derrick who was expecting me as we had briefly discussed the stock number on the phone to confirm availability and the time of my visit. This dealership does high end sales - high volume. Therefore, Derrick was rather busy that day. To not skip a beat, he sought assistance from his peer Russell. Both gentlemen were courteous and very professional. Jay, I believe who is the team lead and he assisted where he could. Tom the finance manager was pleasant and low pressure. The General Manager Ali was very accommodating and gave me an excellent trade in value. Ali followed up with me to ensure satisfaction. From entrance to closure, I received professional treatment coupled with great communication including text messages, which made for a very personal experience. With such a good experience, I will definitely visit this dealership for my next purchase. Do your research on the vehicle and fair market price, browse their site just for fun and do pay them a visit when the time comes.
