NICEST CARS IN TOWN - SAMAD WAS A PLEASURE!

We bought a car from Atlanta Used Cars and were in and out in no time. Samad was great to work with, he was knowledgeable about the cars and gave us a great deal. He was willing to meet us halfway on the price. Everyone at this dealership was very friendly and service oriented, we even got pizza. The cars are very reasonably priced and super nice.

Quick and Great to work with

We worked with Russell, but they were all very friendly and great to work with. They were also very quick to get the paperwork done. I do suggest having your financing in order befor you get there though. You will be able to get a better rate and get in and out quicker. All in all we had a great experience and got an amazing deal on our car.

Wow, just wow

I've been looking for the right BMW for a while. Not only was this the right car, but Russell was the man. I test drove it, filled out the paperwork and was on my way, that simple. Best car buying experience I've ever had...I buy a lot of cars. I will be back!

Unprofessional

I was interested in an Infiniti G37 I saw on Atlanta Used Cars Marietta website. I contacted Samad on January 28th letting him know I was interested in the vehicle. I even called before I drove an hour and 45 minutes to ask him if everything was still okay. He assured me that it was and said he would see me when I got there. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Samad and he informed me that someone had "just walked in before I did" and they were looking at the car as well. He eventually got the key for me to test drive the car. When I walked out and tried to get in the car, another salesman looked to be buffing off something on the back right of the car, as the other customer who was interested observed. I waited patiently until they were done with whatever they were doing. I was never acknowledged by that salesman for any inconvenience. After driving the car for while, I decided it was what I wanted and was ready to make a purchase. I jokingly asked Samad "where do I sign" when I arrived back at the dealership. He informed me that we would have to "wait and see what the other customer interested in the car wanted to do first". Now, I understand that dealerships with high volume cannot hold cars even though I had drove almost 2 hours and already shown interest. However, what happened next really floored me. Samad continued by saying the other customer was trying to "do the same thing I was trying to do". Samad was referring to me asking if financing without a down payment was an option. So I said "Oh, so they are trying to do financing with no down payment?" He said "yes". I then said, "well, I will put $1000 down right now which should secure me the car, right?". He said "No, we still have to see what the other customer wants to do first". I have purchased 3 cars in my life now and not once have I ever had a dealer turn down a customer willing to pay a cash down payment to do financing for a customer WITHOUT a down payment. Honestly, I don't know for sure if the other customer ended up putting anything down or not. The point is, from the minute I walked in, I felt as if the car was already sold and at the moment I walked in, it was technically not. I felt as if the other customer received preferential treatment where as I received a lot of vague protocol. I ended up finding the exact same car at another dealership about 20 minutes away. They were very helpful and I purchased the car with no problems. They were more than happy to take my $1000. I don't usually write reviews but I felt that this situation was handled poorly and I was treated unfairly as a customer.

Very Professional Place

I been looking for an MDX for a while, emailed the seller at Atlanta Used cars Marietta and Derrick Peeler responded very quickly, we decided to head up there to drive the MDX they just got in and decided not to purchase the vehicle, nothing on the dealer side as far as the reason, however, Derrick Peeler and I kept in touch via email to see if they have another one in or if I have found another vehicle, on evening of 1/27/16 he contacted me about an Honda Pilot, but I really didn't like the look of those (but were very impressed with the fact he followed up with me for as long as he did, most if not all used car dealers would have stopped following up after a few days) I went on their website and saw a Highlander they just got in, asked Derrick then went up to the dealership test drive and drove off into the sunset with my husband, the whole process was very impressive from start to finish because Derrick made it so very easy to deal with.

SAMAD IS AN EXEMPLARY INDIVIDUAL!

HE IS WELL INFORMED AND EFFICIENT BOTH ON THE PHONE AND IN THE DURATION OF OUR CONVERSATIONS IN PERSON. I FELL LIKE HE'S A POSITIVE ASSET TO THE ATLANTA USED CARS ESTABLISHMENT AND TEAM! IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE HE IS THE BEST. MY 2013 HONDA FIT IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED THANKS SAMAD!!!
