Painless car buying experience. I test drove the car on a Saturday and decided the next day that I wanted to make the purchase. Russell came in on his day off to work with me and close the sale.

We looked online and then came by on a Saturday night. They were very busy and we didn't call ahead but Abdul came out and asked what we needed. He found the 2-3 cars on the lot that met our specs and got the keys for us to drive while he was working with another customer. We drove a couple of cars and decided what we wanted. Abdul tried to help us negotiate with the owner, but he says he prices all his cars to be very competitive, he sells a lot of cars every day, and he does not negotiate. His prices were good. One problem with this business model (low prices and high volume sales) is they refuse to take a deposit and allow an independent inspection or even to return the next day and inspect the car personally in the daylight. We had to make a decision whether we wanted the car or not, or not buy it that day and run the risk of someone else buying it before we could come back. The paperwork process was easy and professional. The car so far has been fine - once we got to see it in the light we recognized a couple of problems and since we purchased we had it inspected and it has a couple other problems but nothing too unusual for a used car.

Drove two hours to look at a car that I called about the day before. Samad was very helpful and was always available for contact! Got here, drove the car, car was what we expected and buying process was quick and easy! I would recommend them to anyone! Definitely worth the drive!

We bought a Honda van for our son to bring home twin boys from the hospital from Atlanta used cars. Derrick was our salesman. He went above and beyond to help us and our son in Athens. I had a really solid experience with John Moore at Atlanta Used Cars. As with any buying experience, the best advice I can give is do your research, come prepared, and expect nothing. When I say expect nothing I don't mean it in a way that you won't get solid customer service. But I do mean it to say that if you come in the door *expecting* a negative situation, you'll be biased towards the negative throughout the process. I chose to focus on the vehicle first and foremost because they had 1 out of 34 total in the country available for purchase. I was prepared with the carfax and wanting a mechanic to take a look at the car. The last part is something I had to remind myself to do. It's easy to take something personal if you already feel influenced by someone else's negative review. I fell into the same experience (at first) as some of the negative reviews. I came in *expecting* to deal with a less than stellar experience but at the end of the day I was wrong. John was professional, helpful and did his part to keep me informed after I expressed interest in the vehicle. I had a slight concern that the vehicle was "too good to be true" like some reviewers who mentioned by the time they were ready to purchase the car was already gone. Pricing is a *great* thing about Atlanta Used Cars in Marietta. They have some of the most competitive prices around. Even more so if you're looking for something specific on their lot. For every concern I had about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing, John met those concerns with tact and a no-nonsense attitude. I requested to take the car to an independent mechanic and he allowed me to do so and didn't pressure me into rushing right back, or rushing the mechanic to do their inspection. When the car came back I was able to do my own test drive as well. The car was as stated with a clean carfax, and with the features listed in the ad. To that end, with the car in hand and checked out, I had my financing in order and a few signatures later, I drove off the lot, pleased. At one point I *was* so frustrated I emailed John to say I think I was going to move on and had already contacted another dealer who was out of state (again, I knew specifically what I wanted, which was hard to find). To his credit John was respectful. He never attempted to pressure or co-erce me. When I asked him about the lack of response he mentioned he didn't have much to report back as the car was still having some work done (battery replaced for example) and was not back on the lot as yet. The salesmen aren't there to hand hold from start to finish when they are busy with other customers and requests. I couldn't take something personal if things didn't progress as quickly as I would have liked because I did have fears that someone else may see the vehicle and would make a move before I felt comfortable in moving forward. To that end I'll say I do feel that this car purchase was worth leaving an honest, unbiased review. They did seem busy, but in a way that wasn't rude. Outside of putting down a deposit, if you truly want to hold the car, there are no guarantees the vehicle will be there 5 days after your first test drive while you think it over. If you're serious about buying, they are serious about selling. But do your research, be prepared and expect nothing and you'll end up getting a lot. If someone tells me they are looking at vehicles online and AUC has it, I have no problem at all recommending they check it out and will certainly recommend John Moore as someone who is professional and great at what he does. I too was afraid I was going to end up with a bad experience or even a lemon of a car. But I was patient and got the car checked out in a timely manner in a way that wasn't detrimental to their bottom line in trying to sell it. I was able to find exactly what I wanted right here in town vs. having to fly to Chicago, buy a vehicle and drive back to Georgia.

I found a used G37 on their website, they were priced below the competition and offered excellent service. I called to inquire about this vehicle and Greg offered lots of helpful information. I would recommend Greg and the rest of the team to anyone!

I was happy with the previous sale but needed a nicer, larger car this time for my business. I traded in my Lexus for a E class Mercedes. I was happy with Samad's service. He always answers his phone and when they didn't have the deal I wanted they worked until they could get me the one I needed. It's always more more when you are buying a nicer car but they made the experience painless. The only suggestion I would make to Atlanta Used cars as a business is to have a private office for customers to talk to their rep in. It would be more professional for other customers not to hear each others personal business. samad made it great and I will always refer him to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. I also wanted to mention that the inventory is nice. They have cars from 10k to 200k and their cars are super clean! That was big for me we all can appreciate a clean and stain/scratch free vehicle no matter what price your purchase is. Thanks Samad!:)

Not only did I find my Lexus with the best miles and features, but I found it at the best price. Naturally I wasn't sure about how the customer service would be, but I was in and out with no problems. My cars is amazing and with Derrick there was NO HASSLE.
