Rick had the car I was interested in ready but my wife decided on a different model - gave us great finance options and was upfront on costs.

These guys are crooks. I'd rate zero star if possible. Rick and the guys here do the bare minimum. My wife and I bought a car 5 months ago and the front tires are already cracking with hardly 3000 miles on it since we've drove it off the lot. Invoice read that it replaced all 4 tires. Little did I know they replaced 2 of them with completely balled tires. You get for what you pay for here. You figure you'd at least drive off with something in average shape. I called in to see if they'd honor replacing the front tires and they refused. At the time he mentioned that it had 4 new tires and we trusted him with that information. Little did we know he knew less about the car than we thought. In addition, we had to get the starter replaced. Another $400 down the drain. And again, they refused to do nothing. Amazing what they would do to increase their bottom line. Will be pursuing legal action.

I presume) and was told after 3,000 miles, tires are susceptible to be replaced. After they were already replaced! I should be in the tire business

Texas Carz located in Carrollton, TX purposely sold my father a vehicle that was leaking gasoline, check engine light came on after the sale was finalized, the heater was not working, and the vehicle made a loud whinny noise. It wasn't making the noise when we test drove but after the deal was finalized that's when the problems began. AJ, the owner, and his sales team knew that the vehicle wasn't mechanically fit. We went around and around with the owner, he was belligerent with my son and me. He allowed one of his employees to yell and scream at my son. He offered to pay for the repairs but he wanted to keep the vehicle for weeks until it was convenient for him. That was not acceptable why would we trust him or anyone affiliated with business to work on the vehicle when he purposely sold a dangerous gas leaking vehicle. Texas Carz should not be allowed to take advantage of anyone else. We are not the only consumers that have complained about Texas Carz shady dealership.

Great people and great deals. Would definitely go back! Rick is fantastic to work with. Clean facilities and awesome prices. Very willing to work with you.

I was plaesed and Happy with the staff.. my salesman Mr Rick White was the absolute best! AJ already had my paperwork handled before i got there i was in and out with my new vehicle in no time! Came in to get a Jeep Compass and it wasn’t what I expected but rick showed me their inventory and we found the perfect one! He was very helpful and I’d highly recommend seeing him.
