Rick is a very nice man who treated my wife and I with courtesy and honesty. The buying process is a bit lengthy but Rick was efficient and made it pleasant. All went very well and we are pleased with the car and Texas Carz.

Not very helpful
Bought two vehicles on-line and was trying to buy a third. When they found out I was out of state, their interest diminished immediately. Surprised. I am from Texas and was wanting to pick up my new car and make a trip home in one visit.

Nice and easy
This dealership rocks, Rick was awesome. He emailed with me and we went back and forth. He had the Mercedes I was interested parked out front for me. Car was nice, Rick was nice. Everything was so nice and easy, thanks Rick I love my car.

Texas Carz advertises on-line but what you see is NOT what you get, The written word is the only protection from on-line predators who deceive the naïve looking to buy a car. Boycotting this company, knowing that they deceive intentionally, may save anyone looking to buy a car the thousands to make the car operable. Spend you money somewhere else. This company lies to make a sale.

Smoking Bimmer
In March 2018, I bought a BMW from Texas Carz. Rick was great. The owner came out after I noticed a large amount of smoke coming from the muffler. He stated the car needed oil change, and that’s the reason for the smoke. Following his advise, I brought the car Back to them, oil change successful. Got home, Noticed BLUE smoke from exhaust called back. They advised me to bring it back, the part time mechanic would be in. After bringing it back, They stated the PCV needed replaced, and it would be the fix for the blue exhaust (oil burning too rich). After they replaced the pcv - still had plumes of blue smoke. After the second time bringing it back, I did research, and the Valve Seals need to be replaced. I informed Rick of findings, and he suggested that I look into the warranty (does not cover this or any other major repair). The repair will cost me 3000 to 5000 dollars out of my pocket. I am very disappointed and will not recommend buying from a business where the owner states an oil change will correct large amounts of smoke from exhaust. What was he thinking??
