He did not try to talk down to my wife and myself but treated us with respect and did what ever he could do to help get the vehicles that we wanted. I had an appointment for an oil change on the 7th of April 2023 @ 11:00 am. I arrived at 10:45 am. The following sequence has been recorded by the dashcam of the car: 10:55 am the car was moved to the parking lot of the dealership. 12:07pm (more than 1 hour later!!!) the car was moved to the maintenance area. 12:35 the car was moved to the parking lot again and 12:49 the car was returned to me. So it took them almost 2 hours to perform an oil change. If I had not asked about the status (around 12:00pm) it probably would have taken them even longer to perform that service. After mentioning this to the service advisor (Heath), he simply apologized and afterward only told me that the car was ready and that I could pay at the cashier. He immediately disappeared afterwards. See pictures for proof (time stamp on pictures is not set to DST, but the duration as mentioned before can be tracked by the pictures.

The sales associate Jaylin was awesome to work with. He listened, was attentive and was able to get us a fantastic deal when my 16 year old and I were shopping for his first vehicle. The entire process was smooth, easy, and completely transparent—there was no “hard sell”. I would recommend this particular Kia dealership to anyone looking for a great sales experience and fantastic vehicles.

Since my husband's passing I have had to take over the car maintenance. Kia has made that easier than expected and Evan in the Service Department was especially helpful, courteous and professional. He made the whole experience much better than expected.

Cedric McGinnis is awesome. He's very professional hard worker he's good at what he does. He definitely deserves recognition he care about his customers. More family than business he's not there to sell you a dream he's there to make sure you get what your looking for. You might not.know exactly what you want but he will work day and night to help you figure it out. Grateful to him most definitely for not giving up
