I am disputing this contract with an attorney
My sales rep was excellent and I was so excited about my new car until I went into the financial manager. He is misleading and changed my entire contract from what was quoted adding fees and an interest rate well above my credit score

Pros and Cons
I received my car after getting a new fuel pump on Tuesday, May 30 which is a pro. However, the cons outweighed the pros on this particular visit in my receiving my vehicle. I waited nearly 15 minutes for my car to be pulled around and my car was not vacuumed. The young gentleman pulling cars around looked at me as if i already received help. Also I received my car with low tire pressure in one of my tires which the young gentleman pulling my car around didn't seem to notice. For the past few days, I have had to go to Express and Firestone to refill the air on my tire...

I found the car that I was looking for on cargurus.com and fortunately they had exactly what I was looking for at University Kia. I made the appointment, showed up and I am still amazed at how easy the process was to purchase the vehicle. There was a minor issue with the vehicle I wanted to purchase and service was able to get it in right away and correct the problem. A little while later I was driving away with a used but new car to me. I cannot thank Yoshida Stokes enough for assisting me with the purchase of this vehicle.

The availability of Sportage is low industry wide but
The availability of Sportage is low industry wide but THIS dealership had exactly the color and Kia we wanted. Our salesman John Varnadoe was extremely patient and was very knowledgeable about the new features on this vehicle. The Manager took time to talk with us about our purchase and we were given a tour of the facility for any return trips we make. SO very pleased with University Kia of Durham NC. Another good decision we made together.

Sorry you received "Huntsville" as the dealership I used. I listed the people I was so proud of at UNIVERISTY KIA IN DURHAM NC. Please know that the folks in Huntsville are probably just a nice but I know the men in Durham gave us a wonderful experience with their dealership. If you will let the know that you are aware of my miscommunication, I would appreciate it.
This is the WORST experience I have ever had at
This is the WORST experience I have ever had at University Kia and Kia motors in general. I took my car in for the 3rd time on March 27th because the engine light came on again AFTER they "fixed" the problem back in February. The mechanic went on vacation and then got sick. The dealership didn't even call me to keep me updated. They wouldn't provide me with a vehicle while my car was waiting to get fixed. There reason being, Kia does not provide rentals under the warranty agreement. My husband and I called multiple times to speak with then service manager, Barry. After leaving MANY frustrating messages, he finally called my husband and promised to have something ready for us the following day. He never contacted us with information. He just quit with no notification to us. My husband showed up at the dealership the following Monday and the former service manager made arrangements for us to get a rental until our car was returned to us, which was about a week later. Meanwhile, during all of this, we made MANY phone calls to Arthur, the dealership manager. He was ALWAYS conveniently out of the office. He made NO ATTEMPT to contact us. Our car was returned to us ONE MONTH later, and the only answer Kia motors could give was there is a software issue causing the engine light to come on. The mechanic did everything Kia motors told him to do and he could not find anything mechanically wrong with the car. There was no offer by Kia to update the software to "fix the issue." So, as a public service announcement, do not purchase a Kia because they obviously do not stand by their product anymore. This dealership obviously does not care about their customers! We will trade our car in as soon as we can and completely get away from Kia!!!!!
